Summary: Great for young and looking for a crash pad-not for families I liked: The room itself was a great setup for our family. One room for each of us in an apartment setup. I did not like: We were right above the garage door. The constant opening and closing woke us up at all hours of the night. While the beds were comfortable, we all had very little sleep while we were there. One shower had no soap. I requested a refill, and they refilled the wrong one. I didn’t bother calling again—wasn’t worth the hassle. We also ran out of paper towels because there were very few to begin with. I didn’t realize it was a residential apartment complex which came with residents blaring car stereos at 3:00 AM. I don’t recommend this place for light sleepers and those with kids.

We really enjoyed our stay in White Plains, nice to get out of the city. Westchester Co has a lot to offer. This building had great amenities and easy walking to restaurants and shops. We would definitely recommend it, and would stay here again.

Having been to many Airbnbs in the past ten years, this is the most beautiful house I’ve ever stayed at in the Poconos. We celebrated my partner’s 30th with a nature retreat and everything was perfect — the house (spacious enough and well-stocked for a large group), very responsive host, surrounding area (close to hiking trails), backyard (with the hot tub, grill, fire pit, and the creek in the backyard). I highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a family-friendly, peaceful experience in the Poconos.

Wonderful home!! Great scenery and was very spacious for our large group. We had a few snags, but our host was very responsive and quick to fix the issues, which may our stay extremely enjoyable. Would definitely book again!

Great location just a couple of blocks from most of the downtown businesses, gated parking was a real benefit. The unit we were rented was not the one in the pictures with a smaller couch but it wasn't a big deal, the units this company offers all seem to be the same one bedroom and it was very comfortable with massive windows and everything you need. Will definitely be back.
