Great location, beautiful apartment, host was very accommodating!

Our stay was honestly so lovely!!!!!!! The hosts were super quick to respond every time and so kind and helpful throughout. The place itself was spotless, so cute, so clean, and looked exactly like the pictures. We wouldn’t have changed a thing and would absolutely love to stay here again!

Summary: Overall it was a ok stay and in a nice new development near Harvard Business School. I liked: Place was new and modern. Very nice facilities and lounge areas in the main area. Very secured and safe. I did not like: Getting the keys was such a problem. Flying from so far on a red eye is not a fun thing to deal with. The locked box combo did not work and we had to call the people which was a problem hearing them on the phone. It took a while for us to get the correct key. Parking was a problem especially coming after hours. The parking garage was closed and we had to find another place for parking. Even the parking attendant told us the parking is an issue for a lot of people. We ended up parking at the open lot at Harvard Business School instead of the parking garage. Place was nice but very tight and small. There needs to be better lighting especially in the main bedroom. And the shower head needs to have more power on it.

Tatenda is a very responsive and accommodating host! She was able to grant my group an early check in which made everything easier for us. Although the unit was not the cleanest when we arrived, Tatenda sent cleaners the next day after we communicated our dissatisfaction :) Everything was smooth sailing from then on. We had a comfortable stay in a good neighborhood.

I had an excellent stay at Tatenda’s apartment. The place is beautiful, extremely comfortable, and the bed is absolutely amazing, one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in. The building amenities are top quality and everything is very well maintained. The location is also fantastic, close to some of the best restaurants and very convenient to the subway, which made getting around the city very easy. Tatenda is a wonderful host, very attentive, responsive, and quick to help with anything needed. Communication was smooth and she made the whole experience effortless. I truly loved my stay and would happily come back again. Thank you, Tatenda, for your kindness and for making everything so pleasant!

dirty dishes, no paper or kitchen towels, overwhelming smell of sandlewood or something. smoke alarm needed a battery change and it took hours to resolve with horrible follow up

Clean easily accesible location

Summary: Amazing!!! Better than photos suggest!!! I liked: The facilities were absolutely incredible — we honestly didn’t expect so much to be available. Everything exceeded our expectations. Also, the size and spaciousness of the apartment were something we had never experienced before. It really made a difference to the overall comfort of our stay. I did not like: The cleanliness could have been slightly better. However, we completely understand that the severe snowstorm may have made it difficult for the staff to operate under normal conditions.

Summary: welcoming - clean -easy to access -quiet - highly recommended - would stay again! I liked: The reception team was very friendly from the beginning - easy communication even not having direct contact with them. The key was easy to get, parking for free and we really loved our apartment on the 5th floor. Quiet, very clean, 2 nice bedrooms with one bathroom each. Great for a family for sure. Everything was new. The area around - just a short walk to groceries and restaurants. Very good location! Close to all Boston Colleges around. I did not like: nothing
