Great location and really good short term let. Owner really poor. Left me with no heating in deep winter for 3 days and claimed it had been fixed when it hadn’t. Awful communication via weak phone lines with personnel who had no grasp the problem. Avoid if you can find better host.

I have a really great time at this apartment, great views from each room. Close to restaurants, bars and attractions.

We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place. The host was very helpful, responsive, and made everything easy from check-in to departure. The location was excellent, with plenty to do nearby, which made it a great base for our trip. The property itself was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and we felt right at home during our stay. Overall, a really positive experience and we would happily stay here again in the future

Wonderful stay. Tatenda was the best host I’ve rented from and was ultra professional and communicative . She went above and beyond to help with small issues that arose. The unit was beautiful and has a very comfortable pull put bed that can sleep an additional two people. The location is mostly under development but easily walkable to other neighborhoods.

This is one of those reviews where I'm afraid to tell everyone how wonderful this place is because it'll make it harder to book in the future. Not only is the apartment itself quite nice (clean, quiet, comfortable, safe, good size), but the amenities in this building are epic. I absolutely used one of the conference rooms to work, bowled at the mini bowling alley, sat by the indoor fireplace to read and used the top level gym to workout. Too bad it was too cold for the pool. You're walking distance from the train station AND from hot spots like the Yale Art Gallery. Great find.

Had such a wonderful stay in Boston!! This Airbnb was truly a gem and exceeded all our expectations. The space was bright, comfortable, and beautifully set up. You could tell a lot of thought went into making guests feel welcome. Host Tatenda was incredibly kind and easy to communicate with. It made checking in and out go smooth. We loved coming back to the apartment after a long day out in the city because it was quiet, clean and really enjoyable to be in. Honestly it was the kind of place that makes the trip feel extra special, and we’d absolutely love to stay here again in the future!!!

Great location. Loved having parking garage and gym in the building. Easy access to New Haven spots for work and fun. Appreciated the quick response through messaging and also the availability of a phone number to call with questions. Consider leaving some basics (salt, pepper, cooking oil) for guest use. Looking forward to staying here again!
