We visited Maxwell in Boston as we were in town for medical appointments for our son. The homey apartment was just what we needed traveling with my husband, 4year old and 15 month old. The apartment was equipped with a washer & dryer, dishwasher- everything you need to make a meal! They also provided a playpen and highchair upon request. It was close to Children’s Hospital and grocery stores, takeout and gas was nearby. Highly recommended.

we loved the location! a grocery store, pharmacy, target, home depot, tj Maxx, lots of restaurants and a Starbucks and much more all within a block. tatenda was extremely helpful. I was having a surgery and needed a shower chair and one showed up the very next day. we rented a recliner because the low back furniture wasn't the best for laying around recovering and watching TV. the bed was super comfy. the kitchen was excellent. our only issue was the upstairs people apparently moved furniture and wore big boots to walk around all night. it was bad a couple times but we got used to it. one dog barked for a few days but then it quit. all in all it was an excellent stay. I am very happy and very much appreciated the prompt responses from Tatenda and team. ❤️

Booked and had a confirmed reservation just for them to tell me an hour before check in that my booking was being cancelled. I’m booking from out of town and a last minutes notice they left me with nowhere to go in a city I know no one and on limited funds to secure a safe relocation.

We had a fantastic stay. The building felt very clean and secure. The amenities were a huge bonus - a great gym, complimentary coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby, a bowling alley, and a fun games area. It really had everything. Parking was easy and felt very safe leaving our car. The unit itself was quiet, spotless, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The water pressure was amazing, an underrated but very appreciated detail. The location is perfect and walkable to everything. The host was extremely communicative and helpful throughout our stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

My sister and I traveled to Boston so she could have a life-saving surgery that only 1 doctor in the world could perform. We were required to stay at least 4 weeks after her surgery and we knew this trip would be a sacrifice. We were scheduled to stay in a hotel close to the hospital until I found this place on Airbnb. Not only was it half the price, but the area was private, peaceful, and accessible to all of the surrounding hospitals. The unit we stayed in was two bedroom and two bath, with a fully equipped kitchen. With that, we had access to our host day or night, and they were very responsive when we had questions! We will definitely stay here again, and it will always be our first choice when traveling back to Boston every year for my sister‘s follow up!

Summary: I liked: I did not like:

My Stay was comfortable.. I had no idea the space was actually that small. Door was hitting the bed and it seemed cramped. Everything needed for a comfortable stay was made available. The toilet was at some point giving me a tough time flushing. You may want to get the maintenance team to get it checked out. All else was easy and as described. I did enjoy my stay. Thank you for hosting… I look forward to my next booking. Cheers ?
