I had a wonderful stay at Hyatus Apartment and would highly recommend it. The property felt very luxurious, clean, and well maintained, and it was absolutely worth the price. The amenities were a standout especially the swimming pool, which was beautiful and relaxing. I also really appreciated the study area, which was quiet and comfortable, making it easy to focus when needed. The gym was well equipped, and the rooftop area was another highlight with great views and a nice atmosphere for relaxing. The entertainment spaces were also a great bonus and made the stay feel even more enjoyable.Overall, everything exceeded my expectations. It felt like a high-end, thoughtfully designed place to stay, and I would definitely come back again in the future.

Tatenda was the perfect host! From the moment we booked the apartment, she answered every question quickly and in detail. Always pleasant as well! This was our first time to book an Airbnb, but thanks to Tatenda, it will not be our last!!

Summary: I enjoyed my stay my biggest issue was that the toilet was not circulating water to flush so I had to constantly refill I liked: It’s was very nice looking I loved the decor of the lobby! I did not like: I didn’t like that the parking was a public parking lot down the street across from the strip club lol I get that’s it’s downtown so limited parking. Streets parking 3 hr limit

I had an AMAZING time with Hyatus, 100/10 would love to stay again! Before I even arrived, my mind was at ease with the clear location directions and contactless check-in instructions and video. I arrived feeling confident and anxiety-free, and I easily got to my room within two minutes! Once I arrived, it got even better. The space and views were beautiful and cozy, and a couple requests I made beforehand were beyond exceeded! Whenever I had a question I got a response almost immediately no matter the time, and they were so unbelievably kind. This Somerville property has wonderful amenities in and outside, and is in a top-tier location. They made my birthday weekend get-away super phenomenal and memorable, and I hope to stay with Hyatus again in the future :) ✨

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with Hyatus Corporate & Medical Housing. The apartment matched the listing photos and felt like a home away from home. The location was ideal, within walking distance of restaurants and tourist attractions. Communication was excellent, with timely updates regarding the apartment building. I would gladly stay here again!

You can never be sure about a short term rental until you arrive! Arriving at this location was a very pleasant experience and I highly recommend this apartment by Hyatus. The location was perfect, the accommodations were as promised and the apartment building, amenities and parking garage were added bonuses! The apartment was clean, comfortable and although small it was very efficient. The communication provided by Hyatus prior to our arrival included the best advice and instructions I’ve ever received with any other VRBO. No regrets.. no complaints!!
