Great stay overall. The apartment is in a new building, with very good facilities and great amenities. Everything was modern, comfortable, and worked perfectly, which made our stay very enjoyable, especially as a family. The only small note is regarding the parking: although it’s described as indoor garage, it is actually inside the building but uncovered, outdoors. We stayed during winter with kids, so a covered garage would have been a bit more convenient. That said, it’s not a major issue, just something worth mentioning. Overall, a very positive experience and we would recommend it.

I had a wonderful experience during my recent stay at Hyatus in Philadelphia. From start to finish, everything was seamless. Communication with the team was excellent—they were responsive, friendly, and made sure I had all the information I needed ahead of time. Access to the apartment was incredibly easy, which made arrival stress-free. The apartment itself was beautiful, spacious, and very well-appointed. You can tell a lot of thought went into the design and amenities, creating a comfortable and luxurious atmosphere. A small but thoughtful touch was the welcome gift waiting for me: chocolates, popcorn, and bottled water. It was such a warm gesture and set the tone for the rest of my stay. Overall, Hyatus exceeded my expectations, and I would absolutely stay again. Highly recommended!

Was made very welcome by owners. apartment was walking distance to public transport into Boston. Would stay again.

This is a wonderful place to stay, perfect for a group of three or four people. The home is very well equipped and thoughtfully prepared — the bathroom even provides toothbrushes and toothpaste, and the kitchen is stocked with a variety of spices, making cooking easy and convenient. The rooms are spacious, and each bedroom has its own TV, which adds a lot of comfort. We had a great experience here and would highly recommend it to future guests!

Clean building, amazing space and unit and great amenities. Wonderful experience with great communication from start to finish, and price point was perfect. Highly recommend!

I love the place very luxurious and clean. It’s easy to manage to go around the city, especially you can take an uber or other transportation. It was great and quiet. I love to come back when im in town.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive, which made the entire experience stress free. The space was clean, well kept, and had everything we needed. The location and setup were perfect for what we had planned, and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. Highly recommend!
