We absolutely loved everything about our stay. It was a challenging time for our family, as we were here for a family member’s surgery at Boston Medical, and Tatenda and Hyatus staff went above and beyond to accommodate us in every possible way. We’re incredibly grateful, and I highly recommend this home to anyone visiting for the hospital or any other reason they need to be in Boston!!!!

Stayed at this beautiful place for a few days with my family. The space was great,comfortable and super convenient. It had everything you could possibly need. Location was good because it was easy to get to anywhere in Boston within 15-20 min drive. Host was super responsive and friendly so I recommend it 100%!

Upon arriving, I had to call to get access to the key lockbox because the code they gave me didn’t work, and there was a mix up with the description and placement of the garage and room keys. It took me 3 phone calls and 45 minutes to get into the room after arriving. Once I got to the room, it smelled strongly like onions and….something else I couldn’t quite place. I left all three windows open for days in 20 degree weather but the smell lingered up until I checked out. You could clearly hear stomping and music from the floor above, the area rug in one of the rooms was too big, so they just bunched it up under the bed which is a tripping hazard. The duvet cover on the bed had an opening right across the middle which didn’t fasten, and no flat sheets were provided, so your skin is in contact with the duvet within, which defeats the purpose of the cover. Also, the linen closet we were supposed to have access to was locked. Confused by all of the 5 star reviews honestly.

Summary: Plutôt bien I liked: Bel appartement, bien décoré. Bonne literie. Cuisine équipée pratique. Nous n avons pas profité du rooftop car enneigé mais ce doit être super a la belle saison. Salle de sport très bien. I did not like: En fin de séjour nous avons eu des voisins du dessus bruyants même la nuit. On entend un peu trop les voisins.

Great place for a getaway or if you need space to get work done. Apartment is beautiful, modern, and fully equipped. Host is very responsive. Only issues was the cleanliness of the bathrooms, and stovetop. Otherwise, great stay and great host. I would book again

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung von Tatenda sehr wohlgefühlt. Für eine vierköpfige Familie war es perfekt. Die Wohnung war sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, so wie auch auf den Fotos zu sehen. Sie war sauber und mit allem, was man braucht, ausgestattet. Das Gym war auch top. Die Kommunikation mit Tatenda war einwandfrei. Sie ist sehr hilfsbereit. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe sind vorhanden. Der Blick von der 6. Etage auf die Skyline von Boston war unglaublich. Keine 10 Minuten Fussweg zur nächsten Metro, um problemlos in die Innenstadt zu gelangen. Den kurzzeitig gemieteten Wagen konnte man in der Tiefgarage parken. Sollten wir noch einmal in der Gegend sein, würden wir auf jeden Fall wieder hier einchecken.

Loved our stay and would definitely stay again. Despite its smaller size, the apartment was super stylish, comfortable, and functional. It also has nice views of downtown Boston. The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking, even including a fully stocked spice rack, Nespresso machine, and high end kettle for pour overs or tea. They also provided a seemingly endless supply of necessaryhousehold items, including paper towels, toilet paper, toothbrushes and toothpaste, and laundry and dish soap pods, which was greatly appreciated for our longer stay. The building has great amenities including a nice large gym and game room. Location was excellent with HBS, Harvard Square, Wholefoods, and Trader Joe’s all in easy walking distance.

Tatenda was an exceptional host. She was tentative, responsive and courteous. The apartment was pristine and the building staff was extremely helpful.

Summary: It was a soothing and pleasant stay in this house I liked: The Quietness I did not like: Some of the time it could difficult to reach your mail

This place has everything. The gym was important to me and it had a great setup as well as a great game room etc. I’m in CT for the next several months and glad to have found a reliable spot.
