Hyatus guest reviews, in guests’ own words.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Sarah was a fantastic host and checked in on us throughout our stay to make sure everything was going well. The check-in and check-out process was seamless and stress-free. We truly appreciated the hospitality and felt right at home. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a great experience!

The staff at the Hannah were outstanding, front desk folks especially!!

The host is extremely available and responsive and helped with all questions I had. The apt is modern and easily fit 5 of us. It was perfect for what we needed for a short-term furnished rental.

Nice stay. Would recommend and will stay here again when in the area. Host was very responsive. Loved the coffee bar. Enjoyed my stay

Great neighborhood to be in. Very convenient and clean apartment

We ended up having to extend a couple of times and Hyatus was very flexible and responsive. Throughout our stay, they were kind and always answered any questions very quickly and even refilled products when we ran out (since we ended up staying an extra couple of months). The place was very clean (including the building itself) and had everything we needed for a longer stay. The staff for the building was very kind and it was very safe. Excellent location with northern liberties and old city both so close (as well as the MFL). Enjoyable stay, I would recommend!

I flew from Idaho to New York for surgery and didn’t want to stay in a traditional hotel, so we booked Hyatus Luxury Residences. The apartment was clean, quiet, and perfect for recovery. The host was incredibly accommodating and always responded quickly to any questions we had. If I ever have to fly back to New York, this is definitely where I’ll be staying again! ❤️

The place was definitely comfortable. Clean and well kept. Host was very responsive when we had check-in questions. Very clear instructions. Having parking was a plus. Very easy to get to Boston and Salem from here. All in all a positive experience.

The property has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Summary: I liked: Easy check-in and clean new apartment Staff was very communicative and friendly I did not like:

Great place. Would stay again, but maybe with more friends to split the cost.

Sarah was an excellent host- very responsive. The unit was perfect for us- spotless, comfortable, and nicely appointed. The building and amenities were great as well. Location was very convenient- lots of shops, restaurants, and the orange line train right there. We would love to stay here again next time we are in the area!
