This apartment was exactly as advertised. Clean, comfortable, and convenient at a fair price. Perfect for an average family of four. Highly recommended if exploring the New Haven, CT area. We appreciated the ability to park in the garage.

I had a wonderful stay !!! The apartment was spotless, very well maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The space was also quiet and well-located, which made it even more enjoyable. The host was very welcoming, responsive, and always ready to help with anything. You can really tell they care about their guests and go the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect. I had an AMAZING time with Hyatus, 100/10 would love to stay again! Before I even arrived, my mind was at ease with the clear location directions and contactless check-in instructions and video. I arrived feeling confident and anxiety-free, and I easily got to my room within two minutes! Once I arrived, it got even better. The space and views were beautiful and cozy, and a couple requests I made beforehand were beyond exceeded! Whenever I had a question I got a response almost immediately no matter the time, and they were so unbelievably kind. This Somerville property has wonderful amenities in and outside, and is in a top-tier location. They made my birthday weekend get-away super phenomenal and memorable, and I hope to stay with Hyatus again in the future :) ✨

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with Hyatus Corporate & Medical Housing. The apartment matched the listing photos and felt like a home away from home. The location was ideal, within walking distance of restaurants and tourist attractions. Communication was excellent, with timely updates regarding the apartment building. I would gladly stay here again!

You can never be sure about a short term rental until you arrive! Arriving at this location was a very pleasant experience and I highly recommend this apartment by Hyatus. The location was perfect, the accommodations were as promised and the apartment building, amenities and parking garage were added bonuses! The apartment was clean, comfortable and although small it was very efficient. The communication provided by Hyatus prior to our arrival included the best advice and instructions I’ve ever received with any other VRBO. No regrets.. no complaints!!
