I traveled to Boston with my son who is permanently in a wheelchair. Even though the apt. is not advertised as accessible, I had transition poles and a shower chair delivered. They building had an room for things to be delivered prior to our arrival. Tatenda was so sweet and offered to help in any way. The apt. was amazing, the beds and pillows were pure perfection. Everyone we met there was very kind. It was a young, hip crowd, neither of which I am but I loved it. Summertime is probably AMAZING! Parking was super easy, took a minute but also VERY wheelchair friendly!

I had a great experience. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described, making it easy to settle in right away. The location was convenient and well-suited for both work and relaxation. A special thank you to Tatenda, who was an exceptional host throughout my stay. She was responsive, professional, and genuinely attentive to every detail, ensuring everything went smoothly from check-in to departure. Her support made the experience seamless and stress-free. Overall, I highly recommend this property and truly appreciate the level of service provided. I would definitely stay here again.

Summary: I liked: The apartment was clean, comfortable and convenient. The community was safe, parking incredibly easy and location was very convenient. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything you need to make a meal. We really appreciated the in-unit laundry. Would definitely stay here again. I did not like: There were issues in both check-in and check-out with the code that was required for getting and returning keys. I was able to call both times and get help quickly but the app on their end could definitely use a little help. Also the furniture in the bedrooms (dresser, floor lamps) is too big for the two bedrooms making it very difficult to get to the one side of the bed without climbing over the whole bed (<8” of clearance between the bed corner and dresser). This is not good if you get up in the middle of the night or pull back the curtains in the morning and made it a bit difficult for my parents to navigate the bedroom safely.

When me, my wife and 2yr daughter arrived the property wasn’t cleaned. So they accommodated us by refunding the first night, giving us a full refund for the cleaning fee, sent us brand new sheets and wash cloths, a toy for my daughter and chocolate for my wife. They also sent a cleaner the next morning. Any other issues we had they fixed it (parking was one).

We had a fantastic stay! Tatenda was extremely attentive, with exceptional attention to detail regarding property information, making check-in a breeze. The apartment was spotless, well-stocked with everything we needed, and very quiet. The location is perfect for downtown Stamford and the train station, with everything within walking distance. I had an AMAZING time with Hyatus, 100/10 would love to stay again! Before I even arrived, my mind was at ease with the clear location directions and contactless check-in instructions and video. I arrived feeling confident and anxiety-free, and I easily got to my room within two minutes! Once I arrived, it got even better. The space and views were beautiful and cozy, and a couple requests I made beforehand were beyond exceeded! Whenever I had a question I got a response almost immediately no matter the time, and they were so unbelievably kind. This Somerville property has wonderful amenities in and outside, and is in a top-tier location. They made my birthday weekend get-away super phenomenal and memorable, and I hope to stay with Hyatus again in the future :) ✨

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with Hyatus Corporate & Medical Housing. The apartment matched the listing photos and felt like a home away from home. The location was ideal, within walking distance of restaurants and tourist attractions. Communication was excellent, with timely updates regarding the apartment building. I would gladly stay here again!

You can never be sure about a short term rental until you arrive! Arriving at this location was a very pleasant experience and I highly recommend this apartment by Hyatus. The location was perfect, the accommodations were as promised and the apartment building, amenities and parking garage were added bonuses! The apartment was clean, comfortable and although small it was very efficient. The communication provided by Hyatus prior to our arrival included the best advice and instructions I’ve ever received with any other VRBO. No regrets.. no complaints!!
