Tatenda was lovely to deal with - very friendly and responsive, always with accurate information. The apartment was exactly as described/shown in photos and well -outfitted. We stayed for 4 weeks and had everything we needed to be very comfortable. 10/10!

This is a wonderful space to host a large group. The house is very clean and the check-in/check-out is extremely easy. The host responds within 20 minutes and is happy to help with any questions. 10/10 will stay here again.

After reading other reviews, my stay was just what I expected. the space was just what I needed while I worked an event at the Convention Center.

Walking distance to Yale-New Haven Hospital and Children's hospital. My family and I stayed for 5 days, and would absolutely stay again. Damaris was our onsite property manager, and was such a great resource and help for us as we had to extend our stay. Beautifully furnished, fully stocked with appliances. The gym was located in another one of their properties, but was easily walkable. Ten out of ten. Thank you Tatenda & Damaris.

I had a great stay in this apartment for a business event in Center City. It was easily walkable to everywhere I needed to go and the onsite parking saved time and money vs. hotels. The place was spotless and well thought through, making the most of a studio apartment in a building with lots of amenities. Directions for entry & parking were super clear and detailed and Tatenda was friendly, responsive, and helpful. I’d gladly stay here again next time I’m in Philly.

The AirBnB listing shows 2 different layouts for the apartments-condos that you can book. I saw the first photo and wrongly assumed that was what I booked. It was slightly bigger with a 4-person table and seating area. The kitchen along a long wall. We ended up with a smaller space. 2-seater table with no extra space. For 3 of us it was tight. We had my daughter over for dinner and couldn’t sit together at the table. It’s my fault, I should have paid better attention and noticed the OTHER living area photo… but I didn’t. Just a little disappointed. The communication was good… place was CERY CLEAN. Needs potholders or oven mitts. We cooked and had to use a bath towel to get things out of the oven. Overall, good price for what we got… just wish we’d have had the other layout. Thanks for the extra towels too!

This is a wonderful and amazing place to stay . It was super clean , a really nice area with tons of restaurants and stores. Mins from downtown . I recommend. This place to anyone who traveling to Boston . Thanks
