Great place to stay, have everything you need, whole apartment was very clean, bed sheets were all cleaned and washed, fully equipped kitchen with all new cooking wares . Very peaceful apartment building, Reserved parking, laundry, many good restaurants nearby. Tatenda was very responsible and helpful, definitely recommended.

I did enjoy all of the ammenities this property has to offer. And I am sure if I read the full description I would have realized this was set more like a hotel then a private home. The photos do represent everything only they do not differentiate the shots that are shared spaces vs where you will spend most of your time, which is much like entering a hotel room. So to call this an apartment I feel is misleading. Though it appeared clean up on entering, my allergies quickly told a different tale. I am highly allergic to dust and dander and a short while in my face began to liquify. I did take the liberty of using some available products and dusted which also quickly confirmed that I don't believe the "room" had been rented in quite a while. Even the stemware had to be washed heavily before use. Over all it was a great area and responsive host. Just not in a hurry to return soon. Thanks Coreen

This place was ideal for my work trip to New Haven. It was easy to find, spotlessly clean, and set up perfectly for a productive stay. The Wi-Fi was strong, the space was calm and comfortable, and the host went out of their way to make sure everything ran smoothly. Having a flexible check-in and clear communication made travel stress-free. I’ll be booking again next time I’m in town.

Location, location, location! This apartment definitely has it… a couple of blocks one way and you’re to a major mall. A couple of blocks another way and you’re at a Whole Foods, a couple of blocks a different direction and you’re at a Target and a full grocery store. The train stop is walkable and it’s a short 40 minute ride into the city during off-peak, or a half hour drive north and you’re in Orchard country, surrounded by changing leaves and corn mazes. The apartment space was clean and didn’t feel crowded. It was quiet and comfy with beautiful sunset views from the large picture window. The shared amenities in this building were amazing. We also tried several of the recommended bakeries and restaurants in the area and they were all excellent!

Parking was easy and the location was very convenient—we were able to get to several spots in Boston quickly and easily. The apartment met our expectations and was comfortable for our stay. Would recommend.

Perfect apartment for exploring Connecticut! We hired a car for the stay and this location was a fab base. Clean, spacious and exactly as described. We were four adults and felt comfortable and safe. Tatenda was an amazing host who was extremely responsive and very helpful! Would highly recommend this host and stay
