Had a wonderful stay with my senior mother, celebrating a milestone birthday. The area itself is very walkable with restaurants, shops and a few grocery stores int he area. The Airbnb was spacious and homey, with cookware toiletries, and appliances in great condition. Will definitely return again for a longer stay.

We loved staying at Tatenda's apartment, it was very neat and clean. All of the appliances were easy to use and the location is walking distance to Yale and other shopping places.

Very spacious two bedroom apartment. Clean and well maintained. The location is great. It’s not the best neighborhood but it’s ok and safe if you are aware of your surroundings. The check in and out is pretty smooth. Great place to stay for families.

Great apartment with games room and gym, and coworking space. Tatenda was very responsive and helpful, even over the holiday weekend. I'd highly recommend.

The instruction video was very helpful as my GPS did not take me to the front of the building. Having to park and go to the apartment to get the parking garage badge was slightly inconvenient but worth it to have a safe place to park our car during our trip. The apartment was exactly as described and was perfect for a long weekend trip. There were a lot of restaurant options within walking distance. We would highly recommend staying here if you're planning a trip to Philly!

Great space, a little pricy for my 3 day trip but still very good.

We were not able to be there for our first night but Tatenda was so easy to communicate with about our issue. They were very quick with responses and gave a number that you could text from the start of the reservation. Check in instructions were great and I loved that it came with a video showing the check in process. The apartment was awesome!

Summary: It was what we needed on short notice I liked: We had to rent this at the last minute due to issues with our first hotel I did not like: The secondary parking lot was touted as secure. Well another family staying with us had their car broken into and rummaged through. The owner of the vehicle was not happy.
