Definitely worth it! Especially if you have a large group, it’s spacious and extremely fun. I would highly recommend this place.

The apartment is new, clean and comfortable, with a large additional kitchen counter workspace not seen in the photos. Metro and bus stops are within a block's walk, and there are grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Old City and riverfront are also convenient. We rented a car just two blocks away for a day trip to Longwood Gardens. Checking in and out is easy: there are detailed instructions and video, and our Host was always available to help. It was a pleasure to come home every evening. We recommend this apartment, and would consider staying again the next time we visit Philidelphia.

The place is fantastic! Great location. Apartment and building brand new, very tastefully decorated, well maintained. Better than the pictures. Something great is that you don’t have to deal with specific instructions of cleaning or taking the trash out that was a plus, they have all that covered for you and that is appreciated when you’re vacation. Will definitely book again.

Good place to stay for central New Haven, but walk in was through a run down area with lots of homeless people. Helpful & responsive host. Apartment showed some signs of wear but was still a higher quality than a lot of other AirBnBs

Super cute place, close to lots of sites. Great bed, super clean. Great gym. Sucky water pressure in the shower. Didn’t cook there so not sure if cooking stuff was well stocked, but had enough of what we needed. Great stay. Thank you!

We had a great time in this perfectly located luxury apartment building! We loved and enjoyed all the amenities and the cleaning service, concierge and staff were so nice and helpful. Will always remember our stay and fully recommend!

Overall We had a lovely stay. There were a few hiccups but the staff responded immediately and were willing to do whatever was needed to fix the issue. Our room had not been properly cleaned so someone was sent to thoroughly clean the apartment at our convenience. There was a moldy blanket on the bed. Also the shower nozzle was broken. I always questions the wall units due to mold so personally I don’t ever use them. We open windows if needed. I still gave them 5 stars because I know this is not their standard of care. I have had several friends stay here with no complaints. I’d also like to say that the beds are extremely comfortable, firm but not hard, very supportive. There were no smells inside the apartment of fragrance, which I appreciated. The view of the courtyard is beautiful. I would’ve preferred stainless steel pots and pans, what they provide are Teflon. I did appreciate the quick response time and also the staff availability. They were so very kind and apologetic. They were willing to do anything to make it right. Location was wonderful.

I've actually stayed in one of the Tendas apartments before. This is not my first time,and every time it's absolutely exceptional. Such kind service, beautiful place, incredible amenities, and the location can't be beat. Oh, and I almost forgot the space. It's just so spacious compared to a small or Airbnb or hotel. Could not recommend this place enough :) Definitely will be back. Thank you so much!

The apartment was spotless. Beautiful views, and perfect for a quick weekend or even a longer stay. Walking distance to restaurants, markets, and historic old city. We mostly ubered into center city, but you could probably walk that too. Modern building, nice amenities for WFH. Great find!

Check in was easy and the building was exactly as advertised!
