We had a lovely stay! The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, and very quick! The apartment itself was super nice and spacious, and just as clean as promised. It was local to my assignment and had lots of good places to eat nearby as well. I would definitely stay here again, and would recommend it to anyone!

Responsive host Great layout Super clean Feels like home away from home

It was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hosts were very proactive in their communication and responded quickly when we had a question. Very walkable to the Harvard campus and all the museums there along with shopping and restaurants in Harvard Square. The building had a nice live music night we really enjoyed while there. Everything else we toured in downtown Boston was within a 10 to 20 min drive. Note that if you are renting a car, you can park out front of building some during the day, but for overnight you’ll need to rent a parking spot with closest being a 10 min walk. I’d recommend this location and would stay again.

We enjoyed the Somerville apartment. The building security was very good and we felt safe. We also enjoyed the gym amenities. Apartment was roomy and comfortable.

Great location. Love how central it was while still feeling secure. Parking was a little tricky with two cars. All in all a great stay!!!

This was a great place for me and my team to stay while opening our new restaurant. Beautiful new building with great amenities. Host was super easy to work with. Not a bad walk to public transport.

This is the second time I’ve stayed here and it was just as great as the first time! The apartment was beautiful and clean, checking in and out was a breeze, and the building itself feels very safe. The host is always so kind and responsive to any questions and very eager to make sure you have the best stay possible. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay near Boston.

A beautifully renovated row home in a very convenient location. Beds, linens and towels were good quality. Hot tub was great after our daily biking trips. It fell short on smaller details as we used the space. In the kitchen, adding a pyrex liquid measuring cup and cooking utensils/spatulas, cheese grater, baking accessories, etc. would have enhanced our cooking experience. Refrigerator filters needed changing & garbage disposal did not work. 2nd floor bathroom did not have toilet paper holder & vanity bulb burned out. 3rd floor front bedroom had no smoke detector and hanging wires. 2nd & 3rd floor bathrooms lacked shower/bathmat for safety. Was not provided correct code for the back door. Other problems were previously noted. We anticipated Hyatus staff/contractors would have corrected the major problems (dish washer, garbage disposal, clean coffee maker, misaligned extremely heavy rear gate) prior to our checkout so hopefully a claim will be filed in our favor. Stay again? Maybe yes.

My stay at this luxury apartment in Center City, Philadelphia was absolutely wonderful! The location couldn’t be better — right in the heart of the city, surrounded by amazing restaurants, shopping, and attractions, yet still peaceful and comfortable inside the building. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the high-end touches that made it feel like a true home away from home. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was easy and professional. The building amenities were great as well — secure, modern, and very quiet. I loved being able to walk everywhere and come back to such a cozy, stylish space. Highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for a blend of luxury and convenience in Philly. I’d definitely stay here again! Honestly fell in love with the building didn’t want to leave!
