Such a great place we enjoyed being able to get around the city fairly easy because we are essentially located. Definitely is a place that we would stay again.

Philadelphia is a wonderful town. A great place to spend a couple of days. The location is nice, with ease of getting to all types of amenities you might like in a big city. The place is nice, new and clean. Very nice people in the building. I will say that check-in was less than optimal. They run hard 4:00 check-in where the digital codes to access keys get turned on from remote location. I don't know how or why but unfortunately we were not able to get in to the property until an hour after check-in time and even then the place was not ready. It was explained that they had to clean up from use the day prior. The checkout time is 11:00am so that means they had 5.0 hours to clean a condo with small footprint. Communication were ok in a very stressful situation. They weren't bad, but weren't great. Because of their tardiness, we were left scrambling to make a check-in appointment. For the AirBnB brand and for what I paid, I expect check-in to be on-time and way better communications.

The place was very well maintained and extremely clean. The building itself is nice and new. Have nothing but good things to say. The travel time to downtown varied a lot depending on the hour and traffic - which means that you should budget enough time if travelling in the morning.

Our stay at Tatenda with Hyatus was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. Tatenda was one of the most responsive and thoughtful hosts we’ve ever had—every message was answered within minutes, and every request, big or small, was handled with genuine care and professionalism. The apartment itself was spotless—immaculately clean, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. It truly felt like a home away from home. We also greatly appreciated how accommodating Tatenda was with our schedule and special requests, going above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. It’s rare to find such a perfect combination of hospitality, cleanliness, and attention to detail. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would give more than five stars if possible. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a stress-free, top-tier stay!

Great apartment, very clean and well maintained. We stayed as a family of 4 with 2 young kids, and it was perfect. Kids particularly enjoyed the kids room and games in the main areas, and the “princess” bed with curtains.

This Hyatus apartment had possibly the best view in New Haven with very comfortable beds and a secure garage to park in. If you go when the weather is nice, the rooftop was amazing. I also enjoyed the nespresso machine, the treats they left, and the huge TVs in every room. The design was modern but felt cold and a bit strange for my taste. The showers had low water pressure unfortunately. The kitchen had bare essentials, the living/dining area was cramped which made it less comfortable than other places we have stayed. It just didn’t feel like a space people had actually lived in. I also was not a fan of the location - because it was so close to the hospital, we heard so many sirens. But service was great, and we greatly appreciated that.

We had a wonderful stay at 51 South. The apartment was immaculate and the amenities the building provided were great. Walking distance to so many restaurants, bars and shops. Tatenda was very helpful and responded quickly with any questions we had. Overall a great stay.

The location is excellent, and the host was very friendly and helpful. The apartment is in a secure, high-end building with brand-new renovations, which made the stay very comfortable. The only thing to note is that parking is about a 5-minute walk away and requires an additional fee.

Inside the unit, you'll find a clean, spacious, and bright environment, complete with a fully kitchenette. The host is incredibly helpful, responsive, and communicative, always providing clear instructions to ensure a smooth and comfortable stay.
