Very nice building and the staff were excellent. The apartment was well-appointed.

Summary: It was overall a pleasant stay especially after I understood the parking situation. It is on the pricier side but the am I liked: It was clean and modern. Check in was seamless. And the host thought of almost everything. I had what I needed and everything was clean and organized. I did not like: Parking was a bit of a nightmare on my first couple nights. Took quite a bit of navigating. Once you get used to it and know where there are open lots, it wasn’t so bad. It’s more of an issue for out-of-towners who aren’t familiar with the area.

This unit is simply amazing! Everything was exactly as posted on Vrbo. The quietness of the location was impeccable and the ambiance of the unit was absolutely needed! Definitely will be renting again! Love this location!

Sehr schöne Wohnung. Wohnlich eingerichtet. Gute Ausstattung. Zwei Bäder. Tolle Möglichkeiten, die allgemeinen Bereiche zu nutzen. Sowohl die Riesen-Lounge im Erdgeschoss, als auch den Bereich auf dem Dach.

Beautiful apt, and conveniently located. Made making trips to the city a breeze with under 10 min walk to station. Tatenda was absolutely brilliant. Hyatus is def my go to for all New Haven visits.

This place offers all the advantages of Airbnb and a hotel. Parking is convenient, and the place is spotlessly clean with no clutter. I highly recommend it.
