A overall. Great host communication. Brand new apartment. Amazing

This was my first time taking my siblings on a trip and using Airbnb, the experience was great! Hyatus had everything I needed and more! Sarah proactively gave me clear instructions for check in, check out, local restaurants, and put my mind at ease with any questions with a quick response. The place was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. A lot of windows to let in light and fresh air made it feel very peaceful. Two large bathrooms, full body mirrors in bedrooms made getting ready easy. Kitchen fully stocked with utensils and dishes for cooking. We slept great with TV’s in the living room and bedrooms, adjustable thermostat, very quiet, high quality curtains to block out light. Located only about 10 minutes from downtown Salem, I felt more comfortable driving and finding parking since there was 5 of us but, you could easily uber if you wanted to.

This apartment was a cozy, clean, safe, and peaceful environment. Comfortably fits 5 guests. Host was very quick to respond and friendly. Definitely recommend.

Summary: I liked: Having the amenities of home like a fridge/freezer, washer/dryer I did not like: Air didn't work, there was no toilet paper, paper towels, detergent and shower towels. Had request after arrival. The air worked for 1 night and never worked again. It was reported but never taken care of during our stay. 1 window was left open with the screen hanging and another window had a busted handle. The location was sketchy. Per locals, it was a bad place to be. It was advertised as luxury, i wouldn't label it as that.

Sarah has a beautiful condo. Loved the golf simulator and shooting some pool in the evening. Sarah was very responsive. Nice restaurants nearby.

We had a great stay! The place was clean, well maintained, and exactly as expected. The host was proactive and communicative, providing clear instructions for both check in and check out, which made everything smooth and hassle free. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend staying here!

Sarah was a great host. Great communication with check in instructions, helpful when we made requests for towels and an extra blanket, and very responsive. Most exceptional of all is that I asked ahead of time if the kitchen would have basic baking pans, bowls, and measuring cups because my college student misses baking, and Sarah made sure that we had what we needed. It made our visit for family weekend all the more special because we could stay together in a comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment. The gym and indoor and outdoor common spaces were nice. Garage parking is included with rental. Location does seem car dependent.

We absolutely loved our stay! ? The house is beautiful, modern, and feels brand new. Everything was spotless, super clean, and very well organized. The bedrooms are lovely, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and every room feels cozy and thoughtfully designed. The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of dishes, glasses, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. We also loved the spacious dining table and the beautiful, cozy living room. The backyard is amazing! The jacuzzi and fire pit made our evenings extra special. It’s such a perfect place to relax, spend time with friends, or host a small retreat. A special thank you to Sarah for being such a wonderful host! Communication was always easy, friendly, and super quick. She was always available, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. We really appreciated her kindness and hospitality! We had an amazing experience and would absolutely love to come back. Highly recommend this beautiful home!

Summary: Outstanding alternative for anyone visiting Harvard Business School. I liked: I have been visiting Harvard Business School many times over the past two decades, and this is the first time I find an apartment of this quality right in front of the campus. Everything was as advertised or even better, and I plan to come back frequently from now on! I did not like: Nothing, really, all was according to expectations or better.

My family stayed for 3 nights. It's a great spot between Boston and Salem. The apartment was clean and overall pretty quiet, even with neighbors all around. The host was extremely responsive and flexible as well.

Very clean and well stocked apartment. The parking garage was really convenient, especially if you’re traveling with kids. The beds were comfy and the building has a lot of nice amenities.
