I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in New Haven! The space was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up with everything I needed. The location was perfect, close to great restaurants, Yale, and easy to get around town. Communication with the host was seamless and they went out of their way to make sure I felt welcome and taken care of. I truly appreciated the little touches that made the stay feel extra special. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting New Haven!

Bom apartamento, tudo novo, limpo e bem cuidado. Casa de banho enorme para o tipo de apartamento de cidade. Os espaços comuns do condomínio são 5* a piscina, ginásio e lounge fantásticos. Tudo é fácil e organizado. Definitivamente um espaço a voltar a escolher num próximo regresso a Boston.

Beside the parking which was mentioned this place is awesome!!! So much so that I’ve been back 2x and will be extending my stay this last time… If I ever needed a place in Philly I’d personally look through Tatenda’s listings for a place before going anywhere!

J’ai passé un très agréable séjour, tout était en ordre et propre, et l’hôtel est bien situé à seulement 15 minutes de la Charles’river pour aller courir et se balader.

Summary: Wunderschöne Wohnung - gehobene Ausstattung I liked: Schnelle und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit Vermieter Wohnung in einem Appartementkomplex der gehobenen Klasse Parkplatz in Tiefgarage dabei Tolle Dachterrasse für alle Bewohner (Billiard) Voll ausgestattete Küche mit Spülmaschine (inkl Tabs), Waschmaschine (inkl Waschmittel) und Trockner Fernseher mit Streamingdiensten Schöne Einrichtung und Deko Zahnbürsten, Zahnpasta und Süßes als Geschenk vorhanden I did not like: 4 Stühle am Tisch wären schön gewesen, so hat eine Person auf dem Sofa bzw an der Küchenzeile gegessen.

I stayed here while recovering from surgery at White Plains Hospital, it was very accessible, convenient to groceries, restaurants, and pharmacies, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

The apartment was clean and host very responsive! It's close to downtown Philly and many amenities! Free parking is available on Callowhill, 1.5 blocks from the apartment. I will be back!

What you see on the pictures, is what you get. It's a small studio but the kitchen is fully equipped. Plenty of towels and washing machine available. The parking spot downstairs is also very convenient! You can easily leave the city towards New Jersey with minimal traffic. The host was very helpful and responsive at all times. Also the staff of the property is very friendly. The only downside is that the studio is located at the street side, where there is a giant ventilator from the building across the street. In summer this is causing a lot of noise, day and night.
