Great experience all around! The host was very quick to respond. The amenities were great. Easy check in with clear instructions. Great walkable location. The room looked just like the pictures. Would stay again for sure!

Summary: Could not recommend enough. I liked: I think this is the best apartment I've ever stayed in while traveling. It was luxury, the building was beautiful, the amenities are beautiful, the furniture is brand new, and the hosts are super nice. I wish I could take this apartment with me during all my travels. I did not like:

Summary: 10 out of 10. I liked: I'm never staying anywhere besides these apartments and ever again. A little oasis just outside of Boston, with the most beautiful apartment in the most beautiful building, the kindest host. I think this is what all apartments strive to be, but so few apartments achieve. I did not like:

Hyatus has become my home away from home. It feels great to come back to a place that feels prepared for you and familiar, especially with all the amenities that make you comfortable. From the welcome treat to the check in/out message-- everything about Hyatus is thorough and top of class.

I had an AMAZING time with Hyatus, 100/10 would love to stay again! Before I even arrived, my mind was at ease with the clear location directions and contactless check-in instructions and video. I arrived feeling confident and anxiety-free, and I easily got to my room within two minutes! Once I arrived, it got even better. The space and views were beautiful and cozy, and a couple requests I made beforehand were beyond exceeded! Whenever I had a question I got a response almost immediately no matter the time, and they were so unbelievably kind. This Somerville property has wonderful amenities in and outside, and is in a top-tier location. They made my birthday weekend get-away super phenomenal and memorable, and I hope to stay with Hyatus again in the future :) ✨

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with Hyatus Corporate & Medical Housing. The apartment matched the listing photos and felt like a home away from home. The location was ideal, within walking distance of restaurants and tourist attractions. Communication was excellent, with timely updates regarding the apartment building. I would gladly stay here again!

You can never be sure about a short term rental until you arrive! Arriving at this location was a very pleasant experience and I highly recommend this apartment by Hyatus. The location was perfect, the accommodations were as promised and the apartment building, amenities and parking garage were added bonuses! The apartment was clean, comfortable and although small it was very efficient. The communication provided by Hyatus prior to our arrival included the best advice and instructions I’ve ever received with any other VRBO. No regrets.. no complaints!!
