Wonderful almost 5 week stay. Host was unbelievably responsive and helpful. The unit was better than described. Tatenda with Hyatus left water and coffee for us. This is a new apartment building and the amenities were very nice. Due to the nature of our stay, we were not able to take advantage of the pool and recreation area but became friendly with a family of four who really enjoyed it. There are a couple of quick-stop type of restaurants within walking distance but we headed over to the assembly row area which is less than a 10 minute drive and offers many dining options and shopping. Wegmans and Trader Joe’s are a short drive away also. Highly recommend both the apartment and the host.

Excellent stay at Tatenda’s place. Check in and access to the apartment were great. Really liked the latch app. Host was a definitive super host with amazing communication before, during and after the stay. Place was clean with excellent amenities. Was visiting Philly while our son competed in New Balance Nationals and the fitness center was excellent! Would definitely stay here again when visiting Philadelphia.

Really nice place! Love the location too it’s close enough to all the major spots in Boston it’s a quiet neighbourhood. Tatenda With Hyatus were very responsive throughout my stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Great bnb

The apartment was clean and very nice. The building was super quiet. I think we only ran into 3 people the whole four days we were there. The coffee/cappuccino and hot chocolate machine in the lobby area was a really nice feature. The weather was iffy, so we drove most everywhere but you could easily walk to the downtown restaurants. Tatenda was a great host. I don't think I have ever had any other respond as quickly to texts.

Good location, great stay overall

High quality experience, walking distance to all we needed, clean and spacious. Excellent support and communication from the hosts, would stay again.

Really enjoyed our time in this beautiful apartment which is spacious and well kitted out. Having access to the pool table and shared entertainment area was great - we also used the pool! Was straightforward to check in / out with an organised and super responsive host. Overall a lovely space in a very central location with parking which met our needs perfectly.

Great stay at this property. I was so happy it was available for our stay. The place was pristine and spacious. Well decorated and welll kept. The host is more responsive than most hosts I’ve dealt with and incredibly timely. I knew if I had a question I would have an answer right away. We highly recommend!
