Needed to be near my daughter in the same complex so the location was perfect. Walkable to downtown New Haven (PizZA!) and about 1 mile walk or bike ride (on bike trail) to the waterfront. There were less expensive options, but considering the convenience for 4 people, the 3 bedroom / 2 bath apartment with kitchen, laundry, gym, rooftop access, & pool access in the next building was perfect for us.

The apartment and location were perfect. Next to metro and shopping mall. The hosts were also great.

A Beautiful Apartment close enough to everything but still in a peaceful and quiet area. Host was very friendly and quick to respond to any message. Would highly recommend staying here if you are planning a trip to Salem!!

I travelled from out of the country and needed a safe, comfortable place to support my son during his recovery from surgery. This property was absolutely perfect for our needs???exceptionally clean, spacious, and located in a great building with excellent amenities and included parking.The 24/7 live support was especially important to us, as we were not visiting for a vacation. It was always reassuring to speak with a real person whenever we needed assistance, and every member of the support team was consistently polite, kind, and helpful. We needed a place where my son could recover comfortably without feeling as though he were staying in a hotel, and this truly felt like a home away from home.The team was incredibly caring and responsive. I genuinely felt that they understood our personal circumstances and truly cared about our well-being, which meant more to me than I can express. I would highly recommend this property and would not hesitate to stay here again!

My family and I had a fantastic experience with Sarah and this property! Sarah was very communicative and friendly. The apartment is very spacious and has all upgraded amenities. I especially enjoyed the apartment’s large windows and its scenic view. I would definitely recommend staying here.

This was my first time renting an apartment through VRBO, and overall, everything went very smoothly. My first impression of the property was absolutely incredible, and the apartment itself was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our one-month stay.The apartment was generally in excellent condition, and we really enjoyed having a comfortable and well-equipped space for an extended stay. There were a couple of minor issues during our stay—the sink drainage would occasionally have an issue, and the electrical switch would sometimes go off—but these were relatively minor compared with the overall experience.We stayed for a full month and, although we didn’t use the pool, the BBQ area was quite nice and a great additional amenity.Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and were impressed with the apartment, its space, and the amenities. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Perfect Family Stay — We’d Definitely Come Back!We stayed here with our family of five, including three kids, and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better setup. Having this much space made such a difference compared with staying in a hotel. Everyone had room to spread out, and the kids absolutely loved the game room and rooftop!One of our favorite features was the cozy den. With three kids, having an extra space where they could hang out separately was a game changer. They could watch a movie, play, or just have their own space without interrupting each other—or the adults—which made the whole stay much more relaxing.The home was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped, and having a full kitchen was incredibly convenient for a family. We also really appreciated how easy it was to access the garage for parking. After a long day out, being able to park easily and get right inside was a huge plus.The location was another highlight. It was easy to get to and from the places we wanted to visit, with great restaurants, grocery stores, and a park all nearby. It made the stay feel convenient without sacrificing comfort. For us, the value was excellent. We would have needed two hotel rooms to get anywhere close to this amount of space, and we still wouldn’t have had nearly the same amenities or flexibility. Having separate living spaces, a full kitchen, game room, rooftop, and garage parking made this feel much more like a home than a hotel.Will definitely book again!

Great 2 bedroom apartment. Very clean and comfortable. Beds are comfortable. Coming from Texas we appreciated the AC. Washer and dryer came in handy and the kitchen has everything you need if cooking a meal in. Host was very responsive.
