Summary: I liked: Quite spacious modern apartment, wrll equipped with safe parking. I did not like: It's in the city center however not so close to museums.

My friends and I visited Boston to see BTS, and our host couldn’t have made our stay feel more safe and welcoming! The place was clean, comfortable, and located in a quiet neighborhood. Although there was roadwork physically seen around the apartment, we had no issues with construction noises. All instructions from checking in all the way to checking out was seamless and fool-proof. Even with minute issues that came up, Sarah was quick to respond and incredibly helpful. Sarah was so attentive to all of my questions, especially regarding the transportation for the concert. I will definitely consider our host and their listings for our next visit to Boston! Thank you Sarah for all of your help and making our stay such a great experience! ?

Sarah's place was amazing. I airbnb maybe twice a year, but this was by far one of my best experiences yet. The stay was outside of central boston, as someone who likes driving everywhere, this was a perfect base point for me. We wanted to use the pool more often, but we were out and about so much. I would most definitely stay at this stay again, perhaps even if Sarah has any other places. She was very responsive and helpful throughout my whole (4 day) trip. I had so many little questions and queries, and she answered all of them and more! I stayed with a group of (5), 2 on each bed, 1 on the pull out mattress/sofa. Bathrooms were very clean! Sarah as extremely responsive! Temperature control worked perfectly. We utilized the dishwasher, the blender, kettle, 2 TVs, and the washer/dryer. All of which operated without any issues.

Wonderful place to set up Shop to go exploring the surrounding areas or when you want to go river rafting. Deceptively spacious and was able to accommodate all 13 of us easily. Sarah was great as our host and responsive when we needed information. Recommended to anyone coming to this area.

Summary: Absolutely fantastic I liked: The location was fantastic. Near the train and with super easy access to downtown Boston. Loved the vibe of the entire building. Modern and beautiful with great outdoor space. I did not like:

The property was very clean and the building amenities were fantastic. We really enjoyed the rooftop patio and the lounge!The apartment was easily walkable to restaurants, shops and the train station. We also loved having the on-site parking garage. Would definitely stay here again!

Summary: Exceptional apartment, incredibly spacious, beautifully equipped and outstanding Hyatus support. I liked: We had an exceptional stay and would very happily give this apartment 10/10. The apartment itself was fantastic: extremely spacious, spotless, modern and much larger than we expected. There was an enormous amount of storage, including large walk-through wardrobes between the bedrooms and bathrooms. The two bedroom areas were almost mirrored, with one bathroom having a bath and the other a large shower. The living space was excellent, with a large dining table and four chairs, a comfortable sofa bed and three Smart TVs, one in each bedroom and one in the living room. Even the lighting throughout the apartment had clearly been thought about. We also discovered a small indoor golf putting game just as we were checking out, which was a fun extra we wished we had noticed sooner! The kitchen deserves a special mention. It was genuinely a full home kitchen rather than the basic kitchenette you sometimes get in serviced apartments. It had high-quality GE Profile appliances, including a large fridge/freezer, full gas range and oven, and large microwave. There was loads of countertop space, a full-size sink with a garbage disposal, and plenty of room to prepare proper meals. Both bathrooms were also very well supplied, including Public Goods toiletries and make-up remover wipes, which was a nice touch. What impressed us particularly was the Hyatus support. Their online guest portal was excellent, with everything clearly laid out and useful instructional videos explaining the apartment and building. Support was available 24/7, either by telephone, through the Hyatus platform or through Booking.com. Whenever we needed anything, communication was extremely quick and helpful. For example, when we asked for extra towels, they were brought to us almost immediately. It made the whole stay feel very well managed despite there being no traditional hotel reception. The Maxwell complex itself is also extremely impressive. I did not like: Our only frustration was with the Maxwell building's pool arrangements, and I want to emphasise that this was not an issue with Hyatus or the apartment itself and absolutely should not deter anyone from booking this property. The pool is only open from 10:00am to 8:00pm, which we found quite restrictive when spending most of the day sightseeing in Boston. We therefore did not manage to use it until our final morning. We came down at around 10:30am, after the pool was officially open, but an automatic pool vacuum was still operating in the water. We were actually pleased to see that the pool was being properly cleaned; the frustrating part was simply that the cleaning was taking place during the already limited guest opening hours rather than beforehand. We asked building staff about having it removed. One staff member helped us contact maintenance, although the maintenance response itself was unfortunately rather abrupt. After waiting around 15 minutes, we went into the Maxwell management office. The lady there was extremely polite, helpful and responsive and immediately contacted the maintenance team. The vacuum was then removed, although the maintenance employee himself was not particularly welcoming. Again, this was entirely a Maxwell building-management/maintenance issue, not a Hyatus issue. Hyatus themselves were consistently excellent throughout our stay. It was a very minor frustration compared with an otherwise outstanding experience and would not stop us from returning or recommending the apartment.

Summary: Really comfortable stay in great location. I liked: This is a great apartment with plenty of space for a family of four and in a central location close to everything. The beds are very comfortable. I did not like: It was a shame that under 18s couldn’t use the pool or gym as my kids were very disappointed so it would be better to make this clearer before bookings are made. Also there were only a few drinking glasses. Adding some more and also some wine glasses would be helpful.

Very happy with my stay here for about 2 weeks for work. Clear instructions to get check-in, very clean, in-unit washer and dryer, nice kitchen. Decent gym in next door building. Nice espresso machine in the building lobby. Many nice restaurants in downtown within 10-15 min walk, 3 min walk to Yale shuttle stop. The host Sarah was very responsive.

Wij (gezin van 4) hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Het is een ruim en mooi appartement met verschillende faciliteiten waar je gebruik van maken zoals de binnentuin en fitnessruimte. Een fijn appartement als uitvalsbasis om de stad Boston te verkennen. Het is wel een kwartier rijden naar de stad dus een auto is fijn. Er is een parkeerplaats bij het appartement, dat is erg prettig. Wij hebben genoten van de stad en het heerlijke appartement. De communicatie met Sarah is super.
