The hotel was conveniently located, very easy to access, nice gym and other amenities

Great location. Host was great. Free parking was a gem to get with reservation. Everything is super clean. Lots of supplies that you need daily it. Apartment itself decorated beautifully and with style. Great quality of furniture and everything in the room. What also was great is you are able to use all amenities, even order Amazon of your need to your address. This is so far best location ruin ever in Philly you can find. Thanks for amazingng host. ???

This was probably the best air bnb I’ve ever stayed in. The bed and pillows were amazing. The apartment was beautiful and clean and has amazing amenities. I will definitely recommend this air bnb to anyone.

Very clean and well-maintained apartment close to downtown New Haven. The building amenities were a huge plus!

Lovely property, spacious, nice amenities, host always responsive, quick drive to points of interest.

Convenient to downtown, and appreciated the secure parking space.

Awesome place with comfortable accommodations! Felt secure being able to park my car in the garage and had an overall excellent experience

my stay here was very nice. the apartment was in a great spot. everything was in a great walkable distance. the apartment was very clean, ready for our stay. i loved it!

We stayed here while visiting Philadelphia to watch the Eagles game, and it was the perfect choice! The home was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was very convenient—close to the SPARTA station and easy to get around the city. After an exciting game day, it was great to come back to such a cozy and well-kept space. Our host was welcoming, responsive, and made the whole process seamless. We highly recommend this Airbnb and would definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Philly!

The Asher was our home away from home for 3 weeks and loved every minute of it! The apartment was impeccable and the amenities were fantastic! Tatenda was incredibly responsive and very informative. We would stay at another Hyatus in the future!

The apartment was very clean, well maintained and beautiful decor. The golf simulator was much enjoyed by my son. It's close to the train station, but more of a 20 minute walk to the center of Yale. If you are looking for space and comfort, this is a great place, but just not as close to Yale as other options (though close to Yale medical school).
