Summary: The perfect location, a wonderful apartment with endless facilities within the building I liked: Great location, excellent facilities I did not like: N/a

Summary: Would go again, hoping for a better clean up prior to arrival. I liked: The location is absolutely perfect (near Yale Medical School). The bed was comfortable, all the equipment was fine. I did not like: I was sent a check in link, which I started to fill on the previous day. Upon arrival, ai tried to finish it but it froze. Someone promptly helped me via the chat but it did take some 20 mins to finally know where to park and to get the code to enter the building. The bed was clean but some surfaces were not completely clean (kitchen counter, bathroom floor). I found a used Kleenex under bedside table. Not great.

Perfect Location for all your Yale Visits

Regardless of the reason you're visiting the Yale, New Haven area this is a great base - parking (if you need), easy access to Yale whether walking or by car, and close to everything you need for a great stay. The suite is comfortably appointed and has great natural light, even on days that may seem dreary. Those big windows really help you feel like you're at home! Nicely appointed with everything you need for a quick stay or something longer. You can cook if you'd like, or get delivery in a safe experience. We've been staying at Hyatus properties for several years and they are always comfortable and the management staff is available if we need them.

We enjoyed the stay! The best part for us was the lovely rooftop outdoor lounge area which was equipped with two grills, a pool table, cornhole, tons of comfortable seating and dining space as well as a TV. It was super relaxing up there and super tranquil to watch the stars at night. The location of this unit is excellent because you're not dead smack in the center of the downtown area but close enough to walk downtown. It took us less than 10 minutes to get downtown walking. We didn't get to utilize the gym however it did look amazing and well equipped! Tatenda was a spectacular host! this was our first time in Connecticut and we hope to visit again in the future and do some more exploring!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The apartment was exactly as described and the perfect place to walk and explore downtown New Haven.

Anfangs hatten wir ein paar Probleme mit zu wenig Handtüchern und fehlender Bettwäsche für das Couchbett, später dann unverschuldet eine verstopfte Toilette, es wurde aber immer schnell reagiert und Abhilfe geschaffen!!! Leider war die Bowling Bahn auch out of order, darauf hatten sich die Kinder sehr gefreut! Aber alles in allem eine schöne Wohnung mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten wie Pool etc…
