Staying at Hyatus was awesome! The team was super friendly and made sure everything was perfect. The place was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfy and luxurious stay. Totally recommend Hyatus for an amazing Airbnb experience!

Summary: Amazing luxury apartment - I miss it already! I liked: I really liked the apartment from the minute I walked in , I thought it was fab! The room and en suite were super, the bed was comfy and the shower was unreal. I felt right at home and safe too. I would definitely stay in these apartments again and recommend them to a friend. I did not like: The day I was checking out, 1 elevator was out of service and the other 2 were reserved for people moving. I was stuck on the 3rd floor with 3 suitcases and unable to leave the building until one of the lifts that was reserved opened as the person was moving happened to be on the third floor. I don't think people should be able to reserve lifts as how is everyone else supposed to get about. If I didn't have cases, I would have taken the stairs but I could not use the stairs with my cases and I was panicked as I had to be somewhere.

Summary: Nice place. Excellent communication. Less expensive on booking.com than vrbo I liked: Safe location. Off street parking. Nice facility. Good walking distance to main dining and shopping I did not like: Very minor but we were on the 3rd floor. The people above us sounded like charging hippos when walking. Also some minor -truly trivial - maintenance issues - like squeaky floor pan in shower and no labels on the dispenser products in the shower .. dumb stuff
