The unit was also pristine and the team was super responsive and professional at all times. The area was quiet and peaceful. The building has amazing amenities. The stay was so good that we extended it one extra day about 1 hour before check out. Book here you won’t regret it.

The town house was really nice, recently updated, and very clean. Lots of space for 7 adults to hang out together in the dining room/living room, and outside in the backyard. There was always street parking available for three cars. Hosts were very responsive. Cute, residential neighborhood with a great ice cream shop around the corner. We enjoyed walking into New Hope, PA from the house for shopping and food.

Excellent amenities; unique workout rooms, rooftops, salt wall and espressos! Beautiful space, very clean and modern. Floor to ceiling windows. Very lovely.

This is our third stay with hyatus properties and we by far like this complex the best. Reason being it’s a lot better insulated, we were on the second floor and we’re able to hear the less obnoxious neighbors so we appreciated that a lot. All the amenities are nice including the pool which we got to use this time. We also appreciated the parking garage access which is a great addition to keeping our belongings and vehicle safe. The only thing we wish is for more affordable prices but it is what it is! Otherwise we recommend staying at this property!

Summary: The property provided what our family needed for a comfortable, worry free stay including great unit, terrific amenities I liked: The property had terrific amenities to go with a great unit. Location was just what we were looking for on our visit. Parking was very convenient. I did not like: No wash clothes in bathroom. Lack of information to access live television when back in the unit.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb with eight friends for a day. The experience was fantastic! The place not only has BBQ facilities but also a hot spring, which allowed us to fully relax. The living room TV and the well-equipped kitchen made us feel right at home. The overall environment was very clean and comfortable, and the host was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place to everyone; whether it's for a family gathering or a small get-together with friends, it’s an excellent choice.

My first stay with Hyatus was at their original location in Cambridge, which left a lasting impression on me. I recently discovered this new apartment in Stamford and am thrilled to share that it not only met but exceeded our expectations. A truly outstanding experience all around!!

Beautiful Cabin Getaway

My spouse and I didn't get a chance to celebrate our marriage at the time it happened because of COVID, so we had a small family reunion to celebrate the anniversary. We had 16 people in the house, which easily could have accommodated more, and it was just perfect for us. The separate room over the garage was perfect to keep the young kids slightly separate so that they could go to bed early and get up early without disturbing the rest of the party, and there were plenty of rooms on the main floor to accommodate both of our almost-80 parents. The dining area was GORGEOUS, and we were all able to fit around the table at mealtimes without any issue. The games room was perfect for the kids and also had workout equipment and a small sauna (!!!). And the creek in the backyard makes a perfect, gentle background burble whenever the windows were open (but was inaccessible enough that we could enjoy sitting by it without worrying about the kids getting into it). The firepit is right by the creek, which wasperfect for late night s'mores

Location is amazing in the downtown area. Close/walking distance to Yale and Chapel Street shopping district. Comes with parking permit from the lot next door. This is nice but beware as no security. Beautiful apartment, with comfortable furniture, and a good layout. In apartment amenities were ok but would have expected more for the listed price.
