Weekend getaway

House was perfect for the weekend and was very clean. The owner had everything nicely set up. Location was good too

A great place for my girlfriend’s surprise birthday dinner!

Summary: I liked: Clean and spacious apartment. Well furnished and fully stacked with all appliances including a washer and dryer. The price is competitive vs booking a hotel but should not increase further. The staff communication was excellent. We wanted to check in earlier and Tatenda was able to secure a spot for us before the 3 pm check in time. This was a super helpful cause we were international travellers with over 15 hours of flight time. The cleaning staff was also amazing. The room and bathroom were spotless. I did not like:

Looks exactly like the pictures. Felt safe and secure in this building. Had everything in the unit to make you feel at home. Responsive host.

The perfect place to stay! Clean homey feeling, lots to do within walking distance, responsive & friendly hosts. Would definitely stay here again!

Property was just as advertised, very tentative host, and price was good. I wanted to extend my stay but property was already booked. I believe if they keep everything the same (ie response, price, quality) they will do very well.

We decided to look for an Airbnb at the last minute, rather than find a hotel for the two days we were in town. This place was AWESOME! Arrangements were made quickly, everything we needed was communicated to us and went as expected. It was one of the nicest places we have ever stayed and was a great way to start our vacation! We were able to walk downtown to find a place to eat and get a drink. We were sorry to be leaving New Haven so soon. If we ever get back, we will definitely book again.

Summary: Great place to stay and over see the area from the nice open spacious window view I liked: The amenities..how spacious it is..also it made you feel very comfortable as if you were at your own home. It also has washer and dryer and the necessities to wash your own things without running out to a store... I did not like: I just had trouble following the directions inside my email cause I wasn't from Connecticut so I had no sense of direction...

We had a splendid time with our family at this quaint place. Highly communicative owner! Thank you very much!
