Lovely well-appointed apartment. Getting inside the building initially did not go smoothly according to written instructions, but when I called they were very responsive. The original parking spot was also occupied but that was resolved quickly. Hyatus hosts were available via phone and messaging. The apartment was spacious and the building and amenities were beautiful. Be sure to stop by the awesome coffee machine in the lobby before heading out! Enjoyed my stay very much and would stay again. Great location close to the medical school and a nice walk to main campus.

Very nice stay

New building and the location in the Yale Hospital district. Comfortable 1 bedroom with decent gym in the basement and nice rooftop area. Pleasant experience.

The host's communications were clear and helpful. The apartment has great light and large windows. If you need to be in the area of the medical school or hospitals, this is very convenient.

We loved that it was in walking distance to downtown New Haven. Easy to find and access. The apartment was clean and the kitchen well stocked.

Beautiful apartment in a brand new building with many amenities. The king bed was one of the comfiest we've slept in an airbnb and the bathroom was large with a double vanity and a huge walk-in shower with good water pressure. The building itself was full of amenities and we made good use of the gym and the cofee bar in the lounge had surprisingly good espresso. Added bonus was the included cover parking and in-unit washer and dryer. It is also walking distance to Yale campus and restaurants. Perfect stay. Zero complaints.

Summary: Comfy, luxurious apartments, fast customer service and good location I liked: The staff communication was excellent. We wanted to check in earlier and Tatenda was able to secure a spot for us before the 3 pm check in time. I did not like: there was some confusion with the rooms, I had two rooms and when the check in portal activated it would only show info for one room, after which it showed info for the other room

Summary: I liked: It was a great appartement to stay. It had 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms. It had a lot of space. It really felt like home and it was decorated really nice. The appartement was also clean and there were toiletries. I did not like: The door was a little difficult to lock from the outside. We did had to try it a few times. You couldn't watch NHL on the tv.

Always a great stay. Also the host was responsive immediately when my daughter called for assistance with the door.

Nice and clean place to stay for our family. Host was able to provide a crib for my young infant. Highly recommend!
