Summary: Toller Aufenthalt in super Anlage I liked: Tolle Lage, direkt bei diversen Restaurants. Super Instruktionen schon im Voraus über Check-In-Ablauf, Garageplatz (mit Videos). Nachts sehr ruhig. In der Küche alles vorhanden was man braucht. I did not like: Duschkopf in Badewanne hat nicht richtig funktioniert. Passt irgendwie nicht zur Qualität der restlichen Zimmer. Eher weiche Betten.

Visited Salem for a couple days and this was the perfect spot to stay. All of Salem’s attractions were less than 10 minutes away and the apartment itself was amazing. I also visited Boston one of the days and it was only a 30 minute drive. I would 100% recommend this spot for anyone.

This place was excellent for us. My wife and I stayed with another couple. Felt like home away from home. Will 100% consider staying here again.

The hosts were incredible to work with and so easy to contact! We were in Boston during an unexpected nor'easter and they kept us updated on what to watch for if something would happen. We needed maintenance on a toilet, and they had help dispatched asap. The fix was quick and not invasive. I was so impressed with how well we were taken care of. Thanks Hyatus Team!

I had an AMAZING time with Hyatus, 100/10 would love to stay again! Before I even arrived, my mind was at ease with the clear location directions and contactless check-in instructions and video. I arrived feeling confident and anxiety-free, and I easily got to my room within two minutes! Once I arrived, it got even better. The space and views were beautiful and cozy, and a couple requests I made beforehand were beyond exceeded! Whenever I had a question I got a response almost immediately no matter the time, and they were so unbelievably kind. This Somerville property has wonderful amenities in and outside, and is in a top-tier location. They made my birthday weekend get-away super phenomenal and memorable, and I hope to stay with Hyatus again in the future :) ✨

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with Hyatus Corporate & Medical Housing. The apartment matched the listing photos and felt like a home away from home. The location was ideal, within walking distance of restaurants and tourist attractions. Communication was excellent, with timely updates regarding the apartment building. I would gladly stay here again!

You can never be sure about a short term rental until you arrive! Arriving at this location was a very pleasant experience and I highly recommend this apartment by Hyatus. The location was perfect, the accommodations were as promised and the apartment building, amenities and parking garage were added bonuses! The apartment was clean, comfortable and although small it was very efficient. The communication provided by Hyatus prior to our arrival included the best advice and instructions I’ve ever received with any other VRBO. No regrets.. no complaints!!
