Another exceptional stay! Thank you for consistently providing such a welcoming environment. The accommodations are always clean and well-stocked with all the necessary appliances. I also appreciate the attentiveness of the Tatenda who is always available to assist us when needed. Thank you!

Super clean apartment near Yale Medical
In the last six weeks we have stayed in this property to go to various appointments at Yale Medical. It was within walking distance of most facilities. You will need to drive to restaurants and groceries but free garage parking included. We would book again!

Very nice place, walkable but you can be lazy and order delivery as well. Very clean and safe, G2 has a great working space as well with a coffee machine. I would stay there again for sure. Super fast WiFi and large tvs with all the apps.

I had an AMAZING time with Hyatus, 100/10 would love to stay again! Before I even arrived, my mind was at ease with the clear location directions and contactless check-in instructions and video. I arrived feeling confident and anxiety-free, and I easily got to my room within two minutes! Once I arrived, it got even better. The space and views were beautiful and cozy, and a couple requests I made beforehand were beyond exceeded! Whenever I had a question I got a response almost immediately no matter the time, and they were so unbelievably kind. This Somerville property has wonderful amenities in and outside, and is in a top-tier location. They made my birthday weekend get-away super phenomenal and memorable, and I hope to stay with Hyatus again in the future :) ✨

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with Hyatus Corporate & Medical Housing. The apartment matched the listing photos and felt like a home away from home. The location was ideal, within walking distance of restaurants and tourist attractions. Communication was excellent, with timely updates regarding the apartment building. I would gladly stay here again!

You can never be sure about a short term rental until you arrive! Arriving at this location was a very pleasant experience and I highly recommend this apartment by Hyatus. The location was perfect, the accommodations were as promised and the apartment building, amenities and parking garage were added bonuses! The apartment was clean, comfortable and although small it was very efficient. The communication provided by Hyatus prior to our arrival included the best advice and instructions I’ve ever received with any other VRBO. No regrets.. no complaints!!
