This is a beautiful apartment in a very nice, safe building with underground parking.

Summary: Jhanice, from Hyatus, makes you feel like a VIP. I liked: it was a gorgeous chic luxury apartment in a luxury building with all the amenities in a perfect location, parking included, at a great price. I did not like: Nothing to dislike.

The apartment is located in a newly constructed apartment building. It was comfortable, spacious, clean, well equipped, with a nice view. It is located within walking distance of the downtown area of New Haven. Within the building there were also multiple lounges that could be used to relax and play games. We had an excellent stay.

stay at a great complex w all necessary amenities. super clean and cosy. responsive host and apartment had everything required for a positive experienc. although I was able to check in a little early 4pm check in is late and should be earlier.

Beautiful building and apartment. There are many restaurants that are close and walkable. Hyatus was very responsive and accommodating.

Luxurious, immaculate space with everything you'll need and more. Gym, meditation room, gaming room, pool table, free espresso... And best of all, essentially on Yale's medical campus.

Hyatus was exactly what I needed for my trip to New Haven. It was conveniently located and all restaurants and shops were just a few minutes of a walk away.

This place is magnificent! The unit was spotless, well organized and very comfortable. The host responded to any questions instantly. Location is very convenient and the indoor parking spot is a huge plus. I need to go back to the area from time to time and plan to book here again. It is perfect.

Summary: I like the property because it has a generous size of the living area and I also liked the kitchen. everything is nice a I liked: the property is fully furnished with all kitchen & laundry facilities. stay very comfortable with a family I did not like: in the beginning to find the address was a bit confusing, however, once we were familiar with the surrounding, it is no longer an issue. the location is a bit far from the central of the city by walking, however , to call a Uber is quite handy
