Great new condo! Everything was brand new. The facilities were wonderful, especially the sports room and excerc area. Would stay here again!

We had a great stay in New Haven! The apartment was brand new, clean, and well-appointed. The apartment building is still under construction as of May 2022, but Hyatus disclosed that in advance so we knew that going into the stay, and it didn't negatively impact our stay in any way - no noise or anything like that. It was actually kind of nice because most residents hadn't moved into the building yet, so it was quiet and fairly empty except for us. Hyatus was easy to communicate with and responsive to a comment that we had.

This place was great! If there were any issues, the maintenance crew was quick to respond. I would stay here again 100%.

Summary: I liked: Apartment was beautifully decorated and had wonderful amenities. We had a rainy afternoon and we enjoyed the facilities game room and workout space. The bed was super comfortable! Loved having the coffee bar available in the mornings I did not like: The building is still under construction so there was some comings and goings with that but none that disturbed our stay.

Apartment furnishings and cleanliness were great. The building itself is still undergoing construction and is not very well built so we heard a lot of construction sound and neighbors (above and to the side of us).

Clean, modern and comfortable apartment…would stay here again. It is a little out of the way for restaurants and New Haven activities, but offers parking and easy access to your car.

Great place to stay while we were in town for reunion. Nice furnished apartment in a newer modern building with high ceilings near Yale medical school. Walkable distance to Yale’s main campus as well. Would definitely stay again

Summary: a treat I liked: clean and in very good repair. all amenities were well stocked. lovely building atmosphere. I did not like: liked pretty much everything

Location was close to everything, property was clean and the check in process was super easy! Off street parking was great as well! I had to make a last minute change and they were very accommodating and fair. Communication was excellent as well. I felt it was a bit different than other Airbnbs I have stayed, more hotel like in some aspects (but a nice hotel). That makes sense as they are running a business, not renting one unit. I would not hesitate staying here again due to location. It really checks all the boxes.

The building is wonderful. Clean, great amenities including a beautifully appointed apartment, excellent gym and the roof ‘lounge’ with comfy seating, pool table and the views are amazing. This was the perfect place to stay for a 4 day graduation celebration for our family. Thank you!

Really nice apartments. Comfortable bed, nice bedding. Would stay there again.
