The property was pretty good. We did have a few issues and we were locked out of our room for a period of time and even though we reported having issues with door access at 10:00am and being assured that it would be fixed while we were out for the day when we returned at 5:30pm the door still wasn't fixed.To make things worse, we called and called Hyatus for support and nobody answered our call for close to an hour so we were left outside standing in the corridor. I eventually begged the maintenance team in the building for help and they fixed this issue in under 2 minutes. If only Hyatus would have taken our issue seriously and did what they committed to do.................

A quiet space in a beautiful building with great amenities, minutes from everything you want to see in the Boston area.

Sarah With Hyatus was amazing to stay with. She was very attentive and caring to our needs. It was a beautiful place to stay with amazing surrounding and we cannot wish to go back and stay with them again!

Very helpful and responsive host. Great apartment that matched the description well. Guest was very happy with their extended stay!

We had an awesome stay in this property for almost a month. It felt like home. The building is peaceful and well managed, the location is good with plenty of connectivity options by bus, train as well as driving. The apartment amenities were good and sufficient for our stay. I recommend the place and will be keen to consider it again.

Will stay again. Location was great! No issues with street parking. Amenities and the gym!!!! We loved the gym! Quiet peace and safe!

We had a plumbing disaster at our house and needed a place to stay that was near our home. The hosts were flexible and responsive to our needs; they were kind about the circumstances, which we really appreciated. Our kids loved the pool. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies for making breakfast or dinner. The closets are HUGE and were a welcome additional space for the kids to play while we made phone calls or figured out details about our home repair. This would be a great place for a group of adult friends to stay as well.

5 star airbnb, hardware and services.

Our host Sarah made this one of the smoothest and best experiences ever. She is the best!

Sarah was a great host. Was very responsive and attentive to our family’s needs. They worked on providing accommodations when necessary. The Airbnb itself was beautiful. Everything was neat and clean. The attention to detail was greatly appreciated. Toiletries (toothbrushes, toothpaste, detergent, soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc.) were also provided. We would absolutely stay here any time and recommend it to all.
