The apartment was spacious and clean. It’s very convenient - close to transportation and highways. The instructions for check-in and check-out were very clear and easy to follow. Definitely a great choice for a stay in New Haven.

Tatenda was an exceptional host. She was extremely attentive to my family and us, staying in constant communication the entire time — even well before our arrival. Everything was absolutely perfect. The apartment is extremely modern, spotless, and located in a prime area of Boston. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend this place.

Amazing Stay – Highly Recommend! I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Hyatt! From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. The space was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was cozy, the amenities were top-tier, and the overall atmosphere made it feel like a true getaway. The location was perfect, convenient, safe, and close to everything I needed. Check-in was smooth and easy, and communication was clear and professional throughout the stay. So happy I chose this place as abode for my family for our Christmas getaway. It was exceptionally clean, modern and tidy. It's private and secure, which allowed us to feel safe and comfortable throughout, from parking to getting in and out of our apartment. One of our party members has a disability, so we particularly appreciated how accessible everything was. The host was also super-responsive and friendly. Would definitely book again when we return to Boston.

The Asher is beautiful! Tatenda is a responsive, friendly host. Had a cleaning issue, Tatenda refunded our cleaning fee to help with that. Came into a dirty kitchen and bathroom. she did offer to have the cleaning crew come and clean but I turned that down. I had already done it. The game room was wonderful, it was a big hit with my kids. The downside to staying here are the way that the amenities are listed, no extra blankets, sheets and there was no tea or Waters that was described when I reserved this. Also with a reservation for five people they only provide 4 bath towels. The vending machines in the Asher were not stocked with any bottled water which was very inconvenient. When I made my reservation I listed that I had a Chevy Tahoe and in the garage they placed me in a compact space, that was impossible to get into. Overall a nice place, but the cleaning part really ruined it for me. Lucky's had awesome food and service, train station very close! Very quiet and secure building.

The service was superb by all Hyatus team!! All the apartment was very comfy, beautiful and very neat (the living/dinning space a bit tight for 6 people). The kitchen was incredibly well equipped with excellent complimentary items like coffee, spices, soaps ... even toothbrushes. The common areas were superb as well, with all new equipment we had a wonderful time using it all. The bathrooms are nice but the shower faucets and heads not up to the standards and not working well. One can hear the tenant above, specially if there are children running. I would give the rooms a 5 star rating if it was not for the shower heads/faucet and the noise above. But we had a wonderful time!!!!!!

My partner and I had a very beautiful stay at Hyatus. Everything was clean, spacious, and conveniently located to plenty of quality restaurants. We definitely recommend Hyatus and plan on staying again in the near future.

Had a great stay. Well appointed apartment had everything we needed, including a pretty well appointed kitchen and big closets. Fast easy access to Cambridge and Boston by car. Only downside for us was difficulty finding any carts to help us move stuff in and out. We are a family of 5 on a long trip and had groceries and other things besides rolling suitcases. If travelling light or everything has wheels, no problem, but I wound up carrying everything for a family of 5 a pretty long distance. I would stay here again, but carry a wagon in the car. Very responsive management company hosts.

Felt like home, will definitely stay again

We had a very pleasant stay. The apartment is comfortable, well maintained, and equipped with almost new furnishings and brand-new appliances. The building offers secure access with a concierge, which we appreciated. The location is very convenient and family-friendly: our children enjoyed the nearby LEGO Discovery Center, and the Museum of Science in Cambridge is only about ten minutes away by car. There are also good shopping options in the area, and paid Metropolis parking is literally steps from the building. Communication with Tatenda was smooth and responsive, and we appreciated the thoughtful gesture of providing toys for our children. Overall, a very positive and convenient experience.
