I don’t even know where to begin. My two-month corporate stint with Hyatus in East Boston was nothing short of legendary. From the moment I stepped into the apartment, I knew I was in for something extraordinary. The views of the water alone deserve their own five-star rating – waking up each morning to the serene shimmer of the harbor was the perfect way to start every workday. I am a consultant always on the road and often stay in places that are kind bare, sterile and impersonal, Hyatus created something magical. I wasn’t just staying in a rental, I was living in a space that inspired me daily. I would return in a heartbeat and honestly wish I could give more than 5 stars.

I’m so glad I picked this place for my recent Philly trip. While a studio, it comfortably accommodated 3 of us. The apartment was spotless-clean, the building that is located in is luxurious and the block is very quiet. I’m mentioning the quiet part as reviews of many other airBnB options around were noting street noise which was not the case with this gem. it comes with a designated parking spot (no extra charge) which on its own is a reason to pick this place over any other if you are traveling with a car. Water pressure on shower was great (as this seems to be another common issue with other places in Philly, not with this one). Not many restaurant options near-by the apartment however the location is strategically centered / short-distance to all popular areas (many of which you can reach in 15-20’ walk to). Lastly, I loved the toiletries that the owner had left for us, as one of my friends forgot their toothbrush! I’m planning to stay again here next time that I’m in Philly.

Very new and clean apartment that was perfect for our group of friends. The beds were comfy and we had everything that we needed! Unfortunately the street noise was disruptive but it was the same case for a friend staying at the Omni, so not specific to this lovely place!

Listing is for multiple units. Expect messages to be automated or from others, not the host. "George" said workers will enter from 9-3 for routine maintenance. I refused for privacy/safety. I was on hold for a long time during the conference I came for. They prevented it as if they were doing me a favor. This was a neglected unit in a luxury building. The bathroom wall had stains plus large chunks of glue and plastic from a shower caddy being torn off and nowhere to put my things. Drawers in all chests and bedside tables were too stained to use. I almost used a half-empty bottle of lotion from a previous guest placed with complimentary tooth brushes. Things in photos like mouthwash and standard basics like bar soap were missing. They admitted standard bedding is always just a fitted sheet and duvet. When I complained, they bought cheap, smelly sheets but didn't wash them. So I emptied a duvet cover to use as a top sheet. WiFi info was wrong. Process to lock and leave too complicated.

Tatenda went over and above in terms of communication and providing clear instructions. I rang a couple of times - only because it was easiest and calls were answered quickly and I was able to get the information or guidance I needed. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully furnished with a cosmopolitan feel. My niece used the onsite gym and other facilities , not crowded at all which is always a plus. What I thought was a nice touch was they supplied coffee capsules, washing machine and dishwashing tablets, new toothpaste and toothbrushes in both bathrooms, all perfect for the first day until as a guest you get a chance for the supermarket. Thank you so much for a comfortable stay.

Host was helpful I enjoyed my stay. The apartment was clean the building is a new build parking was easy right in the building.
