Everything was great and highly recommended. Only detail for us (not big deal and we managed) was parking was bit difficult as spot was for compact car and we have a SUV. Building, apartment, location, all were great.

Crazy fast internet, private reserved parking spot, amazing coffee machine in the lobby on floor G1 that makes it easy to wake up. Giant TVs super comfy beds, washer and dryer in room and very close to everything. I loved my stay and I’ll have to come back in the future.

The experience my daughter and I had was truly outstanding. Tatenda was so friendly and grateful for our rental. We had a handwritten welcome note with candy awaiting us, brand new everything in the kitchen, laundry and dishwasher pods, ample bathroom toiletries with extra items in case we forgot anything, lush towels, and extremely comfy bed and lovely linens! I would go back in a heartbeat. What a beautiful place, and thankful we had the privilege of being trusted with the space. Covered parking was a treat as we had an overnight snowstorm. :)

I had a fantastic stay with Tatenda. The place was absolutely beautiful, cozy, and spotless. The check-in process was seamless, with clear and straightforward instructions that made everything hassle-free. The attention to detail in the space really made it feel like a home away from home. Tatenda was also super attentive and accommodating. I highly recommend this stay and would definitely book again!

Summary: Excellent hospitality with a modern touch I liked: This was my 2nd stay with these apartments and it was as memorable and comfortable as before. The online service is exceptional, the process easy, the apartment welcoming and well equipped and ideally located 15 min walk to the train station and to the Yale campus. Everything is meticulously planned and wonderfully arranged. The next time I am in New Haven, I am hoping to stay here again. I did not like:
