We had a wonderful stay! The house was just as described and the host was very responsive and helpful both during the planning stage as well as during our stay.

The stay was made very smooth by Tatenda, who was very communicative and responsive. The place itself was very clean when I arrived, and the check-in and check-out processes were made very simple through an online portal. The location is also very good, within walking distance to the Yale campus and the downtown area, with lots of options for food. A great place to stay in New Haven!

The Airbnb was exactly as pictured (amazing) and well maintained for the most part. I would stay there again!

Cozy, Convenient, and So Spacious!

Had an amazing time staying here! The place was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed. The location is perfect, close to everything but still quiet and peaceful. Honestly, it felt like a home rather than an apartment hotel. Host was super nice and responsive, made everything easy. Highly recommend, will definitely stay again!

This Airbnb is perfect. It is extremely clean, check in and check out was seamless and clear. They think of and offer so many things to make your stay peaceful and easy, for example the closet space was large and had great features. The outdoor area is charming and peaceful. The hosts were always responsive.

Summary: Fine. I liked: Safe. I did not like: Noise level from neighbors.

If all Airbnb places were like this one, I would never go to a hotel anymore. Great place, great service, excellent communication.
