Loved our stay! Highly recommended

The Hyatus has alot to offer & loads of building amenities. Although, the bowling was down during our stay, we enjoyed the rooftop lounge and the comfy personal movie theater. Our stay at Tatenda beautifully, modern, downtown apartment was a nice vibe. Responsive host & went out of her away to ensure we had a pleasant stay. The ultra comfortable bed, black out curtains, walk in closet, super soft robes, and garage parking space were some of the best highlights. We truly enjoyed the great kitchen stocked with so much including a Brita filter, ice maker, a blender we made frozen margaritas in and a waffle iron. Overall a big space with lots of variety in seating options and we felt right at home. Quick drive to Yale and campus like vibes in the surrounding neighborhood. Modern apizza was a great find just a short drive away. If you are looking for a comfy, modern, quiet space with a variety of amenities you found it.

As a Lambertville native, I stayed here while visiting my hometown and it's so nice to know that this is an option. The walking distance to places like Luminary and Bells can't be beat. Parking was easy, beds were comfy and the hot tub is a great bonus!

Well, I needed to stay at hiatus so I could take my son to the hospital. It was supposed to be a two month stay but I had to cut it short for many reasons. First of all, the cost is very high and I was told this was a luxury building. There was nothing luxury about it. Almost every person in the building had a barking dog, and the noise level was unbelievable. The heating and air conditioning sporadically worked. The cable rarely worked and when it did, it would turn itself on and off. There is no security to speak of even though you’re supposed to use a fob to get into the garage. Many people hung around and just ran into the building and used the amenities. There was no lock on the inside of the door to speak of workers in the building can just come in with their fob. Even when you stay in a hotel, you have a deadbolt so that you can lock yourself safely inside your own apartment or room. That is not the case. Parking was only available for part of this day because they said they had construction. Handicap spaces were taken by employees who were not handicapped and said they were just going to be there for a little while displacing actual residents who have disabled children. Extremely bad business. Anytime I contacted them with an issue. They were responsive, but the issues were consistent.

I can’t recommend Hyatus highly enough! Every time we visit Yale, we choose to stay in one of their apartments. This particular unit is perfect if you’re traveling with a group and need the extra space and additional beds. If it’s just the two of us, we usually opt for their cozy one-bedroom apartment. Either way, the combination of price, location, and amenities is unbeatable!

I loved my stay here in new haven and the apartment was new luxurious as they say and spacious with queen beds including a queen pull out very impressed and the team and tatenda were super responsive really great service!!!!

I had a fantastic stay here! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. The host was incredibly responsive and made everything super easy. I felt right at home and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!
