Great getaway for gatherings!

Perfect mountain home with character and charm

Great stay

Summary: I liked: I did not like:

We had a wonderful week at this restored farmhouse. The woods and stream in the backyard kept the kids occupied for hours on end. The house was clean and beautiful. The beds were comfortable and linens smelled nice and fresh. Some things to keep in mind - there is only 1 refrigerator which was tough with a group the size that the house fits. Also, there are only 4 bathrooms total and one is off of the master suite on the second floor. One of the rooms with two double beds is on the other side of the kitchen, separate from the rest of the bedrooms. That has one of the bathrooms right outside the bedroom. This room is over top of the garage/game room. There are very few wastebaskets in the home. The kitchen is missing a few items that we brought to the owners attention and they said they would replace. When we arrived, the hot tub was dirty and low water level (the scheduled maintenance person did not come apparently) but overall we thoroughly enjoyed the home and had a great week.

Summary: excelente lugar para hospedarse en un away como estudiante de medicina I liked: La ubicacion es excelente. fui para un tiempo en el hospital de Yale y la ubicacion fue excelente, caminaba menos de 5 minutos. El anfitrion fue muy amable, siempre al pendiente y muy diligente. El apt super comodo y todo muy bien equipado. I did not like: El estacionamiento es en el parking de una iglesia y el dia domino me bloquearon el auto por varios carros, no pude salir hasta terminar el servicio en la iglesia. Lo que no es culpa del arrendador. simplemente es bueno saber que el dia domingo te bloquearan el carro, debes moverlo esa manana.

Staying at Tatenda’s brand-new apartment in New Haven was a total win! The place is gorgeous – super modern, loaded with great amenities, and literally steps from everything downtown. New Haven itself is such a vibe; between the history, cool architecture anthe food seriously pizza here is next level! we were blown away from the tiktok famous spots like sally's thn crust or new haven crust whatever you call it. I'ts just a short walk to these amazing restaurants, cozy burger spots, and all kinds of little cafes and shops. If you’re looking to experience the best of New Haven, Tatenda’s spot is where it’s at! Can’t wait to come back!

The place was just impecable clean. Even more than a Hotel Room. The Whole team not only is super eficiente, but also super friendly and helpfull. I highly recommend this place. Thank you so much Hyatus, T and the team

A nice clean safe place to stay. If anything is lacking it is walkability

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for our family’s mini reunion with a few small kids. Great game room and plenty of bedrooms.

Hyatus and the team were incredible hosts! The space was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Tatenda went above and beyond to make sure we felt right at home. Highly recommend—would love to stay again! Thanks again!
