Incredibly clean, super lux amenities. Great location. Beautiful home.

Well located building with nice amenities. Quiet with good gym. Apartment is comfortable and preferred it to eight nights in a hotel!

Beautiful cabin

This place is beautiful, well cared for and clean! We had a family get together here with aunts uncles grandparents and children. The cabin itself is very nice and the backyard is lovely with a firepit to gather around, a charcoal grill, swing set for the children, and a creek flowing through the woods. Inside we enjoyed the large kitchen and dining table, the cozy fireplace in the living room and the wide range of games to choose from. All in all we had a great time the host was always available via message and was very helpful and responsive to any questions.

Property was even better than photos. We were in town for a wedding in New Hope. Distance to venue couldn't have been better. No detail was overlooked. Our family absolutely loved it.

We just spent the holidays at Hyatus in New Haven with our family, and it was absolutely amazing! The bedrooms were super comfy, and we loved how spacious everything was!! The building is brand new, so everything was modern and fresh, which we really appreciated. The amenities were fantastic; we enjoyed using the gym as well as the coffee and the game room for hanging out. It was the perfect spot for a family getaway, and we’d definitely stay there again!

Comfortable and new

The apartment was lovely. The building is new so everything was pretty. The shower was wonderful with loads of essentials. I never figured out which fob was for the building’s front door but access to the unit was easy once I figured out that the code was for always.

Summary: Was fantastic. Would definitely stay again! I liked: The location is stellar if you’re walking to many of the Yale schools. The building is nice and the parking spot is super convenient. Customer service was spot on!! Every time I needed something, she responded right away! The sofa bed was also very comfy! I did not like: The bathroom could use some updating, the kitchen could have some staples like salt and pepper.

Definitely a good value. Great location, great communication, great checkin/checkout process, and a very functional/practical space. Only because the listing emphasizes “luxury” I should point out that this is not a luxury apartment. It’s in a building with amenities, and the building is newer. But the quality of the finishes are standard grade and showing their age. There’s damage on the cabinets, the doors, the walls, the carpet, and the bathroom. All the damage is only aesthetic and does not impact function at all. But there is a lot of damage. And the decoration is sparse and empty, which is very practical, but does not give a luxury feel. It is a very functional space and the process is thoughtful and highly communicative. And it is priced well and a good value. But if you’re booking the unit because you want a high end experience on your trip, this isn’t the unit. If you want a great location with functional space and a communicative host then this unit is perfect.

I was very particular about where we were going to stay for this trip. I needed a place that was pleasant to be in while I recuperated from surgery. This apartment checked every box. Location is minutes from Interstate 95, so the city is less than an hour away. You’re also close to some prime residential areas of Connecticut as well as a couple of miles from the coast. The complex is new and luxurious. Quartz counters, upgraded appliances, full size closets and washer and dryer area. The 2 large screen TVs were great for relaxing. Each has all the subscription apps ready to watch. There’s a drugstore behind the complex and a mall in front of it. Several grocery store options as well as a Target all within walking distance. The garage is directly below the units and is very secure and FREE. Tatenda answered all my questions very quickly. She went out of her way to make sure the apartment lived up to our expectations. We will without a doubt, stay here again.

Cousins reunion

This home was larger than we anticipated. Plenty of beds and bathrooms to accommodate our group of 4 couples. The kitchen is spacious and we enjoyed gathering and dining on the back porch/dining area. There were plenty of diversions (fire pit, ping pong, games, exercise equipment) that we didn’t take advantage of. Relaxing and catching up was our goal, and this was the perfect place to do just that.
