Summary: I liked: It's quiet and comfortable. Amenities are great and you can get free coffee everyday. The room is big and clean. Facilities are great. I did not like: It's not close to the Yale campus but close to Yale shuttle station.

Summary: I liked: 客服人員反應迅速，在乎客人的需求。公寓整體舒適、乾淨。可以洗衣在旅途中非常方便，大大加分！窗外景色很漂亮！ I did not like: 入住五個晚上，有兩天遇到樓上，於深夜及白天發出跑跳與低音撞擊的聲音。有些困擾！洗衣機很方便，但似乎應該定時清潔，有些異味。

The apartment was in a very nice building near the Yale medical campus. While it wasn’t the prettiest area, it was walkable to downtown and Little Italy - 15-25 minutes. The communication was great and the place had the necessary amenities.

The host is literally responsive and responsible. Amenities and room are nothing to pick bone from.

Great Place!

The apartment is wonderful, it's right across from the restaurants and nightlife area and is super quiet. Will be back on my next trip to New Haven hopefully we'll be available. Thanks for everything

Summary: Cozy apartment in a quiet location. I liked: The apartment is located in a new building. The apartment is very cozy, bright and very clean. The kitchen has all kitchen utensils for cooking. We stayed in this apartment for a week in May 2024. The manager Tatenda was in touch and quickly resolved all issues. I did not like:

Beautiful, spacious apartment. Secure building with lovely amenities. We had an extended stay and found this location and space just right. Highly recommend.

The apartment is very clean, feels like home. The host is very friendly and responsive. We called the host several times, they always answered the phone right away. The apartment has nice lounge and conference room, we use it when friends visit us, which is very convenient. We also enjoy the free coffee that the apartment provides us, it gave us a fresh start every morning:)

This was my second stay here, property is in great condition. I was sent a message before my stay letting know that i was able to check-in a little earlier if i wanted too, great service. I will always look to stay here first when i'm in the area.
