Hyatus guest reviews, in guests’ own words.

Our stay was pleasurable. The apartment was very clean. The location was great and the ammenities were great! Our host was also very communicative and pleasant. I would definitely stay here again!

Everything about this stay was perfect, even the small issues were handled promptly and efficiently making this one of my favorite stays. I will definitely be using them as my premiere stay for my family in the future.

I really enjoyed my stay! I was visiting New Haven with my mother and two kids and the space was perfect for our needs. Everything was smooth from check in to check out - great communication from the host, super clear instructions, and everything was as listed. Great and safe location too!

The City lost power for about an hour and the Hyatus team was responsive and called to follow-up later.

Wonderful almost 5 week stay. Host was unbelievably responsive and helpful. The unit was better than described. Tatenda with Hyatus left water and coffee for us. This is a new apartment building and the amenities were very nice. Due to the nature of our stay, we were not able to take advantage of the pool and recreation area but became friendly with a family of four who really enjoyed it. There are a couple of quick-stop type of restaurants within walking distance but we headed over to the assembly row area which is less than a 10 minute drive and offers many dining options and shopping. Wegmans and Trader Joe’s are a short drive away also. Highly recommend both the apartment and the host.

Excellent stay at Tatenda’s place. Check in and access to the apartment were great. Really liked the latch app. Host was a definitive super host with amazing communication before, during and after the stay. Place was clean with excellent amenities. Was visiting Philly while our son competed in New Balance Nationals and the fitness center was excellent! Would definitely stay here again when visiting Philadelphia.

Prédio moderno e estudio com equipamentos novos. Com fácil acesso ao Metrô. Com 15 minutos de caminhada se acessa a zona comercial da cidade.

Really nice place! Love the location too it’s close enough to all the major spots in Boston it’s a quiet neighbourhood. Tatenda With Hyatus were very responsive throughout my stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Great bnb

The apartment was clean and very nice. The building was super quiet. I think we only ran into 3 people the whole four days we were there. The coffee/cappuccino and hot chocolate machine in the lobby area was a really nice feature. The weather was iffy, so we drove most everywhere but you could easily walk to the downtown restaurants. Tatenda was a great host. I don't think I have ever had any other respond as quickly to texts.
