The place is wonderful. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The apartment was quite big. The kitchen was well stocked, and there were nice toiletries and dishwasher/cleaning products provided. There were also ample garbage bags and paper products. However, I booked this stay, because the website really hyped the cleanliness of the apartment. Most of the apartment was clean, but the bathtub had mold around the caulking and the shower curtain had mold on it. The furniture looks great in photographs, but is actually very cheaply made and one of the dining room chairs even had a screw pop off while someone was sitting in it. The location is fine but a little out-of-the-way and I honestly don’t think that the price we paid I would book again.

We came with 5 adults and 5 children! This place was perfect for us! Everyone- adults had their own space. The children loved the “kids” room with video games and game table! Jessica was totally attentive if we had a question! The kitchen was totally equipped- the coffee pot, kettle and electric kettle were all there! Washer and dryer! The third floor “little oasis” was great! It snowed so we did not use the patio- with a grill and fire pit! There is a cute and wonderful luminary coffee shop around to the right corner and the Hash House to the left, for breakfast. The house is in walking distance to Bridge Street- and lovely shops and places to eat! Across the river is New Hope and its lovely town.

This airbnb exceeded my expectations. The amenities are amazing and the hosts were very responsive and helpful. The apartment is beautifully decorated and close to many wonderful new haven restaurants. Would highly recommend

Beautiful 3 floors of space! Kitchen was impressive as well as the bathrooms and lovely bedrooms. Played the PAC-man cabinet. Would rent again if the opportunity came. Just a hick-up the first 45 minutes there 2 whole rooms had no power so had to call hyatus (who resolved issue) and I had to flip the breaker panel switches.

I greatly enjoyed my stay in New Haven with Hyatus. I wouldn't normally pay for such a luxury stay, as I don't need meditation rooms or giant tvs, but the price was better than everything else in the area, which is incredible.

My family and I spent about a week in Hyatus Stays which was a wonderful and comfortable experience. We spent about half hour figuring out the check in process and Jessica was very responsive to our inquiry. The place was artful, modern and very clean, and it has an activity room located on the first floor which has activities good for kids. My son loved playing bowling balls and table games there. The location is good, next to Medical School and generally within walking distance to various places on Yale campus.

Estadia muito confortável, e maravilhoso. Serviço incrível. Staff super atencioso. O prédio tem várias amenidades muito boas como academia, salão de jogos. Se vc tem carro e se vai para a escola de medicina de Yale é com certeza o lugar perfeito para ficar.

Definitely a good place with a lot of amenities!! I will stay again when visiting the area

Summary: I liked: I had trouble getting to the building at midnight and I was able to call and speak to a live person who helped me find the building and figure out the building code etc.. I also loved the gym. Well equipped! I did not like: While I was glad there was free parking it was not ideal. I had to get the parking pass from the room and walk it to the church parking lot. Then upon checkout I had to return it. Just a minor bit pick though because the apartment was lovely.
