The place was really great. I would definitely stay there again. It was convenient for a work trip and had everything I needed.

Such a lovely place. Looks just like the pictures. Bed and sofa are very comfortable. Quiet neighborhood and great host.

We have stayed at the City Crossing Complex multiple times in the last two years and really like it. The apartments are spacious and the common rooms of the complex are very nice. It is great to stay at a place more like home, with access to coffee, cooking and in-unit laundry. The only thing I wish could be different would be to have a choice of which apartment building in the complex to stay. Right now we don't know which building we will be staying until the check-in time. I wish we would be given the option to choose a building instead of being assigned one at a short notice. With that said, it is still a great place to stay and we will stay again in our future visits.

Summary: An enjoyable experience I liked: The apartment and facilities were exceptional. We had everything that we needed for our weeks stay. The check-in directions were clear and concise. Loved my stay. I did not like: There were no drawbacks.

Summary: AMAZING customer service, spacious clean rooms, and a great hang out spot! I liked: I love everything about this property!! This is my second stay and it has been wonderful. Compared to other spots, this place is definitely worth the money. From the downstairs gaming rooms & open theater, to the spacious room, and AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Id like to give a special shout out to Jhanice, I got to have her as my agent at the property again and both times she has been wonderful!!! Jhanice is the kindest agent I think there is, truly. She is also very fast responding, informative and courteous. I made a special request and she and the staff accommodated perfectly. I’m so grateful for her and the staffs services to help make my stay more enjoyable and easier for me. This place will forever be the spot I come back too!! 11/10!! I did not like:

Spacious and comfortable. My three daughters and I stayed here while visiting New York City. Just a three minute drive to Union Station where it’s easy to find a train that takes you directly to Grand Central Station New York. Highlights were - easy, safe and well-lit parking. A gourmet coffee/hot cocoa machine in lobby, comfortable lounge and gym on premise. Hosts are very accommodating, responsive and provide thorough instructions.

Great stay the pics don’t do it justice. The amenities were amazing! A couple of suggestions: 1. Make a disclaimer about needing to go to the room first to retrieve the garage key. That wasn’t clear and I had to read the instructions multiple times. 2. The floors weren’t mopped at all. They were swept but my socks were completely brown by the end of the day. 3. The towels were washed but they had lots of curly hair in them at different spots. I had to take time to pick out. Felt like someone else’s pubic hair. I didn’t like that and ended up buying my own towels. 4. Uncomfortable bed. Looks beautiful but extremely uncomfortable. Other than the floors not being mopped. The place was beautiful! Great amenities and comfortable. The place was also well stocked with dishes, plates, and utensils! Amazing experience I will always look to stay here when I come home.
