Summary: A good place to stay in nice apartments with many amenities and a comfortable bed. I liked: Clean, big windows, very comfortable beds, spacious, free large gym at associated building near by, free covered parking, washer dryer in the apartment, promptness of staff response. Quiet. I did not like: Some basic kitchen supplies not provided: mixing bowls, wine glasses, steel wool pads for pot & grill cleaning, more trash bags. No lotion in bathroom.

Lux condo well appointed, awesome building and amenities. Ace support team, always crisp and complete.

Great stay, great upkeep on the unit, great location, and a very responsive and friendly host. A bit pricey, but we enjoyed ourselves and would definitely stay again and recommend.

We really enjoyed the place. The apartment was organized and had everything we needed. The amenities in the building were nice too. Our hosts were super helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

It was exactly what I needed for my stay. Peace of mind was top notch ? The environment/ Neighborhood was is welcoming and nice. The amenities were my favorite. This place worth the amount plus everything you'll like to do. I had few issues with checking in, but the on call staff were very helpful. Check out was smooth and easy. I love the place and will like to book again in the future.

Amazing place

The apartment looks exactly like the pictures. It's located in a new apartment building and it's new and quiet. The host was amazingly responsive for all our questions and requests. Highly recommended.

Great place. Very high standard

We had a wonderful stay with Hyatus. Everything was smooth from start to finish. They were communicative and proactive about everything. The check-in process was easy as was parking. The building had fantastic amenities (I.e. delicious coffee in lobby, gym, and entertainment room). The apartment itself was great- fully equipped with everything a small family would need. The location was great- close to Yale. We were also minutes away from many stores and restaurants. Book your stay here, you will not be disappointed!

The place was clean, safe, and convenient to Boston. However, check-in occurs at 4, and the building staff stops communicating at 5 unless an emergency. If you need anything minor such as washcloths like we did, you are out of luck until mid-morning. The biggest issue we had was that multiple renters without handicap placards or plates were assigned handicapped spots in the garage. We have a handicapped placard and a mobility impaired son and received a regular spot on the roof, which was 17 spots away from the entrance to our floor. This made unloading my son’s wheelchair extremely difficult, especially as it was raining on the day of our arrival. Tatenda messaged that a request was put in with the management for closer parking, but that it was out of his hands. It was extremely disappointing to see handicap spaces being illegally used and blatantly disregarded. I would not recommend other mobility impaired users stay here.
