The apartment was perfect for our family of 5, with everything we needed. The apartment is very clean and has beautiful furnishings making it a really comfortable place to stay while visiting Boston. The parking was a great bonus. Its a five minute walk to a supermarket to get supplies and well connected to Boston via either train or silver line bus (30 mins to South Station).

Beautiful view and super convenient to the Assembly T station right next door. Walkable to coffee and many surrounding restaurants, stores and bars in the Assembly Row area. Also really cool story for Assembly Row if you look it up—former Ford factory revitalized into a really vibrant mixed use area. Loved staying here for a few days. Beautiful and spotless! Only minor issues were 1) the unit wasn’t available until about 4:20 so we were waiting in the car while they got it clean, and 2) they apparently set an AC program that requires you to manually lower the temperature several times a day (and also overnight) which was really annoying so we reported it and it will hopefully get addressed. (There’s absolutely no reason for the temp for the day to be set at 82 degrees….). Both of these should be easy fixes with the appropriate attention. And the manager is very responsive. Otherwise, among the nicest of all places we have stayed in and around Boston so we highly recommend it!

Great location, walking distance to many landmarks and restaurants, plus it is close to public transportation. The apartment has everything you need and the building has great amenities as well.

Summary: 10/10 I liked: Next time i come to boston this will be the only place I will stay - the customer service is up there with the best i have ever encountered. The actually property itself was better than any pictures or description i read prior. It has all the facilities you need for a comfortable stay. I cannot recommend Hyatus highly enough. Thank you again for such an amazing time. I did not like: Nothing not to like !!

Summary: I liked: Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und es gibt einen Gemeinschaftsbereich mit Billardtisch und Grill. Der Check in funktioniert sehr gut, ohne Kontakt mit Personal. I did not like: Es ist relativ hellhörig und wir haben den Zugangscode etwas später bekommen, aber das war ok.

Summary: I liked: Schön geräumig! I did not like: Butterfly screen im Eingangsbereich um in das Gebäude zu gelangen hat nicht funktioniert und die helpline war überfordert und leider so gar nicht hilfreich. In das Gebäude sind wir am Anreisetag nur zufällig mit Hilfe anderer Bewohner gekommen

I had an AMAZING time with Hyatus, 100/10 would love to stay again! Before I even arrived, my mind was at ease with the clear location directions and contactless check-in instructions and video. I arrived feeling confident and anxiety-free, and I easily got to my room within two minutes! Once I arrived, it got even better. The space and views were beautiful and cozy, and a couple requests I made beforehand were beyond exceeded! Whenever I had a question I got a response almost immediately no matter the time, and they were so unbelievably kind. This Somerville property has wonderful amenities in and outside, and is in a top-tier location. They made my birthday weekend get-away super phenomenal and memorable, and I hope to stay with Hyatus again in the future :) ✨

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with Hyatus Corporate & Medical Housing. The apartment matched the listing photos and felt like a home away from home. The location was ideal, within walking distance of restaurants and tourist attractions. Communication was excellent, with timely updates regarding the apartment building. I would gladly stay here again!

You can never be sure about a short term rental until you arrive! Arriving at this location was a very pleasant experience and I highly recommend this apartment by Hyatus. The location was perfect, the accommodations were as promised and the apartment building, amenities and parking garage were added bonuses! The apartment was clean, comfortable and although small it was very efficient. The communication provided by Hyatus prior to our arrival included the best advice and instructions I’ve ever received with any other VRBO. No regrets.. no complaints!!
