Loved staying at this air bnb. It has everything you could need from an amenities standpoint and I would highly recommend it! Tatenda was extremely helpful, accommodating and proactive with communication as I was in need of certain flexibilities due to my work schedule. Amazing host 10/10.

Good place to live for going to school of medicine in Yale.

Two of our clients stayed at this property, and it was a smooth process coordinating before arrival. We didn't hear of any complaints from the clients who stayed there. We hope to have the opportunity to do so again next year!

This is a furnished apartment inside a complex run by a relocation company. Having lived in a similar furnished apartment through a relo company twice before, I was very happy that this unit is in a brand new complex with modern amenities like a huge lounge area similar to what one may find at a co-working space, eg. Life Time Work. There is also a music room with a piano, a Yamaha Clavinova CLP865GP. I had an older digital piano at home so it was nice to get to try a newer digital grand. Since this is a new apartment complex, checking in is a little harder because of the controlled access at every entrance. The instructions are very clear but there are many steps. There is a big grocery nearby, Market Basket, no need to over pack, just drive 0.5 miles to get grocery. There is a Wendy's right across the alleyway. We just walked over to get breakfast. There is also no need to buy water. Tap water here is very soft, only 16 micron on the TDS meter. I would stay here again.

Great host and great place in general

Spotless modern yet cozy apartment in a beautiful new building. Second floor lounge/game room/gym/terrace is awesome. Central location, great helpful communication from host. Would def stay again

Tatenda was quick to respond and sent very clear instructions on check in and out! Parking on site was great. Amenities and the apartment were just like the photos. Beds were comfortable and the unit was clean. Safe building and location close to downtown! Thank you again for the stay!

I really enjoyed my stay in this unit. There was a small issue upon check in that was quickly remedied by the host. The location is wonderful and the bed is the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. I would return here!

While the listing mentioned construction noise, it failed to disclose that the building itself was under active construction. From day one, this made the environment disruptive and uncomfortable. A few days into our stay, the dryer broke. Instead of repairing it, we were told to move to another apartment in a different building — which was also under construction. The second apartment was far worse. Construction began around 5:00 AM every morning and continued for hours. There was also no hot water throughout the stay. Although the host was responsive to our messages, they failed to take any action to resolve these issues. This combination of misleading disclosure, broken amenities, lack of basic services, and ineffective hosting made the stay completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this property under any circumstances.
