Quiet location. Very clean and tidy apartment with blackout curtains, a huge closet, and a well-stocked kitchen. Easy to get in and out of the building. Very clear instructions from host. Good gym in the building with 3 treadmills, an elliptical, a stationary bike, weight equipment.

Great value that included parking in New Haven. I miss hotel-like service and needed a few extra steps to get into room and parking, but it was worth it.

Loved our stay at Hyatus! We both immediately wanted to move in permanently ?. Location was great - about a 10 min walk to the orange line which will take you right downtown. Place was super clean and comfy. We enjoyed our nights in as much as the days out. Will definitely stay here again in the future!

The host entered the apartment without my consent or the required 24 hour notice while i was away, violating my privacy and local laws. They replaced a dresser that has my personal belongings inside- and now my items are missing and acting like they could do whatever they want to the space I’m paying to stay in! No accountability, no explanation, no resolution, no respect. Completely unacceptable experience. This is major breach of trust and privacy and safety. Would never ever trust them or stay here again!!!!!!

Had to be in town for a conference and family tagged along. Didn't want to cram into a hotel room and we found this place instead. So glad that we did. Excellent location, walkable to restaurants and train with ease. Perfectly clean, excellent amenities. Very safe/secure. Highly recommend.

This location was one of the best places I have stayed while using the AIR BNB service. Not only was the facility exceeding all expectations. The host was so proactive I legit could breath and embrace the moment. This was definitely everything we could have asked for and I would love to stay again . - Sincerely Samira

Summary: It was a good stay and I would book it again for a future trip. I liked: Location, size of unit and very comfortable bed. Aldo it was very nice to have a parking space, I did not like: The sinks and bathroom floor could have been a little cleaner. Trash bags could have been in the waste baskets so I wouldn’t have to find them.
