Great place with great communication by host

The apartment and furnishings were cozy and well-planned, and the building itself is one of the coolest we’ve ever stayed at. Don’t miss the top floor lookout, with beautiful views of Boston, or the fourth floor co-working space if you have some work to do. The entrance to the building is feet from the T, and you have a wealth of excellent restaurants and shopping options in the immediate vicinity. My top recommendation are Tatte and Yakitori Totto, both on the same block. Additionally, the hosts were very friendly and responsive, for example when we needed a high chair for our toddler. We’ll definitely stay here again.

Great place! The instructions were simple and easy to follow, and the space looked exactly like the pictures clean and peaceful.

It was a nice apartment . Location was great . The public garage was good and always had space and it was 27$. I really like that location .

I had an incredible stay with Hyatus in Boston, honestly one of the best apartment experiences I’ve had anywhere. The place itself was beautiful: super spacious, thoughtfully designed, and felt genuinely high-end without being overdone. Everything was spotless, and you could tell a lot of care went into making it feel comfortable and lived-in, not just like a rental. What really stood out, though, was the service. The team was unbelievably responsive and helpful from start to finish. Every question I had was answered quickly, and they went out of their way to make sure everything was smooth. It felt much more personal than a typical stay. The whole experience struck that perfect balance between luxury and ease. It had all the amenities and polish of a top-tier hotel, but with the comfort and space of a real home. I’d absolutely stay with Hyatus again next time I’m in Boston.

Summary: I liked: Great facility! It feels fresh and modern with very tasteful decor. All the necessary appliances were available and working perfectly. I did not like: It is a shame the cleaning was not up to standard, as one pillowcase had a stain, two of the towels did not seem fresh, and there was old food in the fridge. I was able to find clean backup sheets and towels in the wardrobe, but for a place this nice, the staff should be much more careful with the details. It almost ruined the overall experience.
