The apartment is in a fairly new building complex and is very modern, clean and feel secured. We are a family of 5, so having 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed suits our needs. The kitchen is well equipped with a coffee machine, so we made a few simple meals during our stay. In addition, having a washer and dryer were important to us as we were on a road trip and it is definitely one of the considerations we stayed at this apartment. There is a parking garage within the building which is a plus. There was another car in the designated parking spot when we arrive, but it got resolved very soon, which we are glad. Host was very proactive and helpful in their communications. The location is a little away from downtown, which is about 15-20 min drive away, but we had a car so it wasn't a concern for us. Overall a happy stay.

The condo was in great shape and location was super convenient to the T and food options. One area for improvement was the bedroom was so small that the door could not fully swing open without hitting the queen bed frame.

We had such a wonderful stay here! The space was incredibly clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed, it truly felt like a home away from home. The decor was beautiful and stylish, creating such a warm and inviting atmosphere from the moment we walked in. The host was super responsive and made everything so easy, which we really appreciated. Communication was smooth, and any questions we had were answered quickly. The location was also perfect, close to everything we needed, which made getting around so convenient. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, modern, and seamless stay!

The house was as described. The location was great, just a short walk to a few restaurants, ice cream store, CVS, and an organic market. Tatenda was very responsive and fixed a few minor things very quickly. The house is spacious and fit the descriptions. The neighborhood is generally quiet and peaceful. There are a couple of small children in the home next-door and we could hear them rustling in the morning but nothing significant. Tatenda/Hyatus ask you to check in on their own portal, so this is an additional step that makes it a little more cumbersome than just using the Airbnb app. Overall, I would stay here again when I am in the area.

Nice modern building, very pleasant apartment, close to a subway stop as well as buses. We had a great time there. The host was quick to respond to our requests.
