We really enjoyed our stay. It was perfect, over and above our expectations, attention to detail was incredible, the apartment was generously filled with extra provisions, herbs for cooking, every thing one could need for a comfortable stay. The location is great right beside the train, easy access, to everything. We could commend it enough. We had our 8 month grand daughter come to visit and our host provided a pack and play which was wonderful. The amenities here are amazing, pool, terrace, gym and so much more. We would love to stay here again and will recommend to all our friends. We needed to extend our stay and this was easily facilitated with no bother. Thank you again for everything.

I love the place very nice pool. They communicate very fast and made sure our stay was welcoming. We had a problem with a stuff member by the pool which they was very rude didn’t know they was two separate ppl running the place but Tatenda with Hyatus made sure we was ok and even gave a refund for a day to accommodate us. I appreciated that thanks would book again

Check-in was hassle free and straightforward. The apartment was well equipped and clean—we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment is located in a convenient location with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby; the T is very close by as well, making travel to other parts of Boston easy. We enjoyed our stay, and would gladly recommend the apartment to others should they choose to visit Boston.

Overall, this was a comfortable stay but several issues impacted the experience, particularly around check-in and cleanliness. We arrived at 6 AM on a red-eye and had informed the host in advance, requesting early check-in. We were told we’d be notified if the unit became available before the 4 PM check-in time, but this unfortunately was not the case. With no luggage storage available, we used Bounce at an additional unexpected cost. Most hosts typically offer luggage storage or some assistance for early-arriving guests. Upon arrival, the key pickup system did not work properly and required in-person assistance to resolve. The apartment was also not fully clean on arrival, with issues including hair and stains on towels, unfresh bedding, a damp set of extra bedding, and a rug that created a tripping hazard (and was tripped on). On the positive side, the location is good—about a 0.6-mile walk to Sullivan Square Station. The building felt secure with good amenities, incl gym/pool.

We took a trip to Sesame Place and this home was perfect for two families with several kids! The town is wonderful, local market, coffee shop and ice cream within walking distance. Tatenda was super and we had no issues.

We had a wonderful stay at Mike & Tatenda's South Philadelphia home. The house was clean, comfortable, and located on a nice, quiet block. The location was excellent and very walkable, with Target just a short walk away, along with plenty of restaurants, nightlife, and attractions. One of our favorite parts of the stay was the amazing Philadelphia skyline views at night. Being so close to everything really allowed us to experience the energy and charm of South Philly. Staying here helped us understand why so many people love this part of the city. Mike and Tatenda were great hosts, and the home was exactly what we were looking for. We would definitely book this property again on our next trip to Philadelphia. Highly recommended!

This property is very nice clean modern very easy to get to , very close to food , Boston and Airport, neighborhood is safe and clean , communication with the property managers is excellent very quick and responsive, I very much recommend anyone who wants to stay in a apartment that has all the amenities of a hotel this property
