Everything was excellent! Sarah was super responsive and helpful with all of our questions. We would definitely stay here again without hesitation!

We spent 4 nights n the apartment and enjoyed the location and layout of it. The security through the garage was lacking as the arm was always up. The apartment was spacious and had the amenities we needed.

Summary: Very cosy and homely asmosphaire I liked: Good location, convernience I did not like:

This was my second time staying at this location, and once again, I had a great experience. The location is excellent, with easy access to downtown Boston and Revere Beach, and it’s also an easy drive to the beach towns north of the city. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back!

The Hyatus Team took very good care of us and the location is perfect for those looking to be right in the middle of all White Plains has to offer. Communication was timely and they were very helpful. Would stay again at a Hyatus managed property in the future.

Had a great experience - tge residents in building and in the neighborhood were friendly and welcoming. Beautiful amenities in the building - safe and convenient parking in the building - accessible chargers for EVs in the parking lot. Easy dog walking - perfect comfortable place for my two week stay! Very responsive host.

This stay was beyond our expectations. It’s perfect driving distance into the town. We have an almost 11 month old and Sarah was able to provide us with a Pack and Play and a high chair ( which we completely forgot to mention but she automatically placed it in the apartment for our convenience)! It was also very clean and has a parking space in the garage which was great as well! Parking in Salem itself is a struggle but to have a space to park your car is very important and convenient! In all this was a very enjoyable stay and I would totally do this again in the future!

非常干净卫生整洁的三居室，适合家庭出行，房东非常好，注重每一个细节。谢谢Hyatus提供这么温馨的住宿环境。

Place was very good and fit well to our interest - we signed up for three weeks and added one more week because found the place very nice. Sarah was exceptional host - her responses were almost immediate and always aimed at addressing our needs, requests, or questions.

Nice place -- very clean and served its purpose for what the group wanted. Sarah was very communicative throughout the process. All around good experience.
